Believe the 1 star reviews

Believe the 1 star reviews. Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. But worse, they did not stand by their 90 day no questions refund guarantee. In fact, they had A LOT of questions for me and even accused me of not using their product correctly when I actually followed their instructions as given. They were polite about it, but they are NOT trustworthy.

I am beyond disappointed

I am beyond disappointed. I started the treatment in mid February and here we are in early June and my nails actually are worse! They are thicker with fungus and look more disgusting than before. This is a total scam. Do not waste your money. They should be shut down and forced to go out of business for false advertising

Save your cash!

More wasted money….so sad for us that are trying to solve the problem. Did not work for me and took close to a month for me to even get. For those of you with nail fungus, do NOT waste your money!

Does not work…

I received the product quite quickly But have been applying religiously twice a day for over 3 months So I guess I’ve been scammed because this DOES NOT DO AS CLAIMED But as I’ve had nail fungus all my adult life… I guess I’m desperate (and an easy target)

Pherna Runaround

I ordered from phrena on Jan 10 with a confirmation of delivery in 5 - 10 days. Then I got an email saying 8 - 14 days. I received an email stating the order had been shipped along with a tracking number. Using the tracking number, the order eventually showed it was being shipped from China. About a month later I saw the order making it to customs in LA and then the order disappeared from being tracked. After many emails asking phrena to cancel my order and refund me and them telling me the order was still coming and giving me the runaround, I finally turned the issue in as fraud on my credit card in early March. On April 2 I received an email stating the order was delivered to my mailbox on March 5 and asking me to lift the chargeback (which I did not do). The order was NOT delivered on March 5 and did not show up on my USPS informed delivery. The credit company investigated and are closing the fraud case in my favor. This company is a scam!

This is a terrible site

This is a terrible site. I've been waiting for my order for 3 weeks now. I can't get ahold of customer service. I am beyond ticked, I work for a Dr's office who promos this product. NOT ANYMORE!!!! I suggest calling the better business bureau like I am.

Doesn’t Work

I started applying on January 20th, finally gave up on May 1st. I faithfully applied both morning and night. Kept my nails filed and trimmed. Absolutely did not work. There is no change. Too bad they say to wait 12 weeks for results, but only offer a guarantee for 30 days.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I received the product in good time but I was immediately suspicious of it because it didn't smell of any of the ingredients it says it contained - as others have said it smells of cheap, perfumed hand lotion. However I fastidiously followed the instructions for four months - applying the cream twice a day and leaving for at least 30 minutes at a time. Four months later? NOTHING. In fact it was worse because I had neglected to use Tea Tree oil in those 4 months. This product is an absolute scam! Meta (Facebook and Instagram) are complicit in this scam for allowing these scam companies to advertise on their platforms. An absolute waste of money - avoid.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It has been over 2 months and I still have not received anything. They will not provide any accurate tracking information and keep saying it is in transit. I’ve requested a refund at this point and they are refusing. I feel like I’ve been scammed out of my money.

Smells and feels like hand lotion

Product finally did arrive after 1.5 months. When I opened it, the smell and feel is like a common hand lotion (I can't place it but have used the exact product before as a lotion). Something with tea tree oil should have a remnant smell of tea tree oil. I will use the product and update the review if it does magically work even though I'm 99% sure it's just repackaged hand lotion.

Phrena

I ordered on Jan 27, 2026. I never received my order. I reached out to help on their website on three occasions. They told me it was delayed but still coming. I asked for a refund the third time. They said it was coming. I never received this product. This company is a SCAM!

This is a SCAM--never received product

My experience is that this is a SCAM--do not order! Like all the recent reviews, I ordered in January and now two months later have not received any product, despite multiple emails starting week two. Tracking link is broken. I have gotten responses from my emails, but they sound like they are AI generated and offer a variety of vague excuses (lost by transit company, etc.). They refuse to honor money-back guarantee becuase that is only for customers who have received and tried product, NOT for those who never received in the first place.

Order, pay, no product

I ordered the product in January. PHRENA was quick to take my money and send a confirmation. Then I was sent that shipping was delayed and a tracking number. You click the tracking number and it shows error. It is now end of March and still no product. Nor has PHRENA returned my emails. I would say that this company is a fake. Don't waste your money. As saying goes... if it sounds to good to be true.... it is!

PHRENA is a scam!! I am now disputing the charges on my charge card.

Likely a scam

I’m mad at myself for falling for what seems like a scam. My order took a long time to arrive and it shipped straight from China (which they claim shipping is from the USA). Upon arrival the product does not look like that shown on the website. It looks and smells like cheap lotion. I would expect it to actually smell like the essential oils it contains. The ingredient list has to be incomplete because it doesn’t seem like the listed ingredients would actually combine to make the product I received. They won’t honor the 90 day guarantee until 90 days has passed, so I’m just trying it to see if anything actually happens. About 2 months of use so far and I see no changes. I plan on submitting for the refund next month, I’ll report back if they actually follow through (which I have my doubts because everything seems so fishy).
Edit: I contacted them for a refund after 90 days because I didn’t see any improvement. And surprisingly, they did follow through with the refund.

YES THIS IS A SCAM

YES THIS IS A SCAM. I bought 4 jars and it did take over a month and a half to receive after I got charged on my credit card. The product was on hold at the post office because the postage with my product was counterfeit. So in order to get my package I had to pay $9.20 which I did. Packaging looked legit at first, until I opened the little box to receive the little container that smelled liked cheap dollar store lotion. Yeah, I won’t be putting that on my skin! The sticker on the container didn’t look like the sticker on the container online so I feel like it can’t possibly be legit. The post Office told me they can fill up a big Gaylord with all the stuff that people get scammed on weekly.

SCAM. Don’t do it

Claims of selling toenail fungus product. Ordered online & received tracking information that wasn’t working. Then got email saying they were backed up & delivery would take longer. Then got tracking # from Hong Kong China. Took 4 weeks to arrive. Got delivery of fake product that smells like flowery hand cream. Jar doesn’t look like the photos. Package had return address of 10334 W Beardsley Rd Peoria AZ! Website has Delaware address. Facebook has Texas address. This is the biggest scam & my bank is fighting me on my fraud report.
