Misleading Policies

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Phrasyl was extremely disappointing due to what I believe are unfriendly, unfair, and misleading policies. They failed to provide the service I paid for and charged me in a way that felt unjustified.

I signed up for a paid 3‑day trial, but my credit card details were saved for an annual subscription after the end of trial period that I did not want. I cancelled the annual subscription within hours to avoid being charged a large fee after the trial. However, my trial was also cancelled immediately, leaving me without access for the remaining paid days.

When I contacted them, they refused to restore the trial or issue a refund. In most services, cancelling a subscription still allows you to use it until the expiry date but that was not the case here. This experience has left me with no trust in the greedy company. I strongly advise others to read the fine print carefully before signing up.
