I was surprised of the smell
I was surprised of the smell. I have become a bit allergic to strong smells, it was uncomfortable to have this picture inside so I had it outside few days. Also quite dissapointed that it was so plastic not clothbased like I thought....

I am sorry that you are not happy with the quality and that there is a strong smell coming from your canvas print. Our canvas cloth is made of 100% cotton. The smell should fade away in time and you can be sure that our prints do not contain chemicals or harmful materials on it.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to determine exactly how the image will be in print based on how it looks on a screen/computer, because the picture may look different depending on the monitor settings.

Somewhat beginner friendly experience. I can imagine why a different kind of wall paper could be much more difficult to install. It would have been nice if the shrinkage of the wall paper was mentioned in the guides; now we have about 1 mm gaps in the seams, as the wall paper shrunk after the paste dried. Otherwise we succeeded quite well with 0 experience with wallpapers before.

Canvas painting
I ordered a canvas painting from my own foto with a frame. I had great service in setting the tones in the foto just right, and as I send a comment explaining that the low resolution is intentional, had no problem ordering my original piece. The frame came in pieces, you have assemble it yourselfe. First I was a little disappointed of this, I was sure I would ruin the picture. But no! The ingenius assembly system and clear instructions made it easy, the canvas sets exactly as it is supposed to set and the end result is very professional. Thank you for existing, my house in slowely filling up with beautiful foto-art in many forms, thanks to your perfect and price reasonable store. 😊
