Terrible!
The quality of the picture itself on the statuette is HORRIBLE (faded, can see pixels, etc). The original picture is a professional pic, therefore, the resolution quality couldn't have been any better. Further, the cut out of the statuette was just as bad, my daughter's team hat was cut off so you can't see the team name, missing part of her shoe (toe) and one arm was cut smaller than the other. Being that it is personalized, they offer no refunds. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
