Fake and copyright infringement. Very un-“professinal” indeed! [the photo keyring I was sent has Kodak printed on it and the word professinal]. Very poor quality and definitely not worth the money. Waste of time, wouldn’t bother. Would not recommend to others. The customer service is terrible also, the company refuse to accept liability or do anything about my issue so I’m having to go through my bank for a chargeback claim. Also, I tried to put this review on their website under the product I bought and it hasn’t even saved or registered as being shown. So they are clearly filtering reviews and not allowing people to express their honest experience with them! Avoid!

I bought a photo lamp as a Valentine's day gift and I am happy with how it looks and works. It has a remote control you can change the light colours with. I thought initially that it was damaged, I emailed the customer service and they replied promptly.

Recently ordered an item for our 4th anniversary. Looks amazing on the website but there are what I would say high delivery costs applied and the quality of the item on receipt is extremely poorly made it’s like a kid as gone at it with a glue gun! I contacted them to complain and received a replacement would be sent 10 days later nothing.

I ordered the infinity sign personalised wooden lamp and I'm so happy with it . It's for a wood anniversary (5yrs) gift and I'm so looking forward to giving it . 💜

I would rather rate them with a zero, absolutely disgraceful company, because Evri/Hermes the worse couriers on the planet said I received a lamp delivery for my 15 year old granddaughter, I am disabled and in the house 24/7 and no parcel came here but I am not telling the truth, customer help wants my granddaughter to pay another £26 for a replacement, no signature nor photograph of my front door with parcel delivered. Disgraceful treatment and a company to avoid at all costs.

Product not working after a day! I ve ordered a lamp wich is smaller than I was expected, really poor quality at a way to big price for what it is.
Don’t buy from these as you re win a get given a bad product , at a stupid price

If I can rate this it would be a zero , dreadful customer service , ordered the photo lantern , as pictures on the site looked amazing , wanting to placed my beloved cat who hadn't long passed , but when it arrived the pictures where in recognisable, plus the pictures where stuck on like a child's transfer and most of it had rubbed off so all I can see is lights , for the price is is ridiculous, plus they refuse refund and offered 10% so I would have received £2.60 wow think trading standards are getting a note of this so called company .

I’ve woken up angry today😂. I ordered 2 keychains in January, one for me and one for my other half. It’s now April and both of our keychains have broken! I emailed them yesterday and they said it’s “overdue for the returns policy” and that there’s basically nothing they can do. This is poor customer service and quite frankly a poor quality keychain. The difference between a returns policy and a faulty item are 2 different things!!!! Grrrrr😂😭

bought this product for our 5th Wedding anniversary as the 5th is wood. My wife loved it and thought it looked great and even better at night.

Bought a personal moonlamp with picture & text as a tribute to a deceased best friend. When the item arrived I was very disappointed. The lamp itself was made of a cheap looking plastic that reminded me of a ping pong ball. The image was poor quality. The stand was cheap and not magnetic like advertised. The electrical connector was tricky to connect. I was also charged more than what I found advertised online when I went to re check my order to request a refund after being unhappy with its quality. To top it off when I did contact them for a refund I found them unhelpful and unprofessional as they responded twice with answers to things that I had not asked or claimed?? Random. I also didn't get any response to my query regarding pricing. In the end I am left with a product I can't display/use and almost £40 out of pocket. I would not recommend or use again. I sincerely hope this is a rare incident however the quality of the product speaks for itself. Don't waste your money.

My son ordered a gift for mother's day 13th March 2021 and paid a premium price for fast delivery. 19th March today and still no gift and FedEx tracker has no updates. Absolutely shocking.

Bought an item from the company which pretends to be in UK but is actually based in China. Took a ​month to ship, they told me there was a problem with delivery twice, offered me 10% back and each email started fresh and ignored previous conversations. Such a rip off. I wonder what they do with the photos as they clearly do not make the items you are purportedly buying

Great service, I ordered a spotify plaque which came within expected delivery time. Great quality no scratches etc, QR scanner code works perfectly fine and exactly what I ordered. Would recommend!

Over the moon (lol) with the lamp. Very happy. The delivery time was well worth the wait.

If I could, I would rate it 0. Ordered a lamp with engraved picture. Lamp arrived early Jan with no engraving. Quality of lamp is poor, customer services even worse. Still trying to get a refund or product ordered but not holding my breath. I'd avoid this Company at all costs!

I was dubious at first when I ordered, but I emailed them with any concerns as was responded to quickly and was greeted with lovely customer service by a man called Frank. My package came within 18 days in good quality but the link that was sent to me to track was not reliable at all but it was delivered perfectly with ups. My actual order came out brilliantly except for a few scratches on the back but nothing that i couldn’t sort myself! It is a lovely present and I would recommend.

Very happy with the lamp. Bought for Valentine's Day and I am sure my lady will love it. Great idea for a gift.

I bought this moon light for my one-year-old niece. I taught her the word "moon" recently and thought it would be a delightful present for Christmas. It arrived after a few weeks, just as I was panicking, and when I opened it I couldn't believe how lovely it was! Very light, with a vast array of colours which I recommend you invest in rather than the plain white light. It's only a few pounds more and well worth the excitement. I'm sure my niece will love it for many years to come - I just hope it's durable! Many thanks for this amazing gift! Couldn't wish for a better present.
