From the very first email the Customer Service was far beyond expectations. The whole process was documented and I received emails at every stage. The final painting was absolutely superb. It was a 50th birthday present for my son and he was thrilled with it. I can't praise the artist enough.

We commissioned a bespoke painting of one of our wedding photos as a gift, and when it arrived, we were completely blown away. The finished piece is absolutely incredible and has exceeded every expectation we had. It's something we'll treasure for the rest of our lives.

One thing I really wanted to mention is the revision process, because I think it's a huge credit to the team. The first version we were sent wasn't quite 100% right. It was good, but there were a few details we wanted changing, and naturally we were a little nervous about giving feedback on something so personal.

We really didn't need to be.

Sarah was absolutely fantastic throughout. She welcomed every bit of feedback, passed everything on to the artist proactively, kept us updated every step of the way, and most importantly, there was never any pressure to approve something we weren't completely happy with. They genuinely don't want you to proceed until you're over the moon with the final result, and that level of customer care is incredibly reassuring.

Each revision improved the painting, and by the time the finished piece arrived, it was simply breathtaking. The likeness, the attention to detail, and the quality of the artwork are just phenomenal. You can tell how much talent and care goes into every single painting.

If you're on the fence because you're worried about whether it'll look right, my advice is simple: trust the process. The team genuinely wants to get it perfect, and they'll work with you until they do.

I ordered a painting for my mums 50th. It was exactly what I wanted and more, beautiful artistry and updated throughout the entire journey.
