First time I had ordered from this company. Really happy with the two frames I ordered. They are well made and look really classy. They were a bit different to everything else I had looked at and exactly what I wanted. Very happy and would definitely order from Hampton frames again.

It’s the first time I’ve used Hampton’s. I was browsing the internet because I wanted a suitable frame for a special family photo. The Windsor 8x10 silver plated frame is perfect. It looks lovely and can stand alone or hang on a wall. Service and delivery were good too.

The Customer service is excellent.
I always say a test of a company is what they do when things go wrong and this company was a perfect example of great customer service.
The wrong frame initially arrived due to a fluke of packing, it was the wrong frame packaged into the right box.
I emailed the team and got a response straight away telling me to keep the wrong frame and they sent the correct frame express delivery.

I would buy from them again.

Excellent service - I ordered a photo frame but it arrived damaged despite being well packaged - the box had taken some hammer. Exceptional service! Needed to contact on 2 occasions with query on lead time and that perspex was marked. This was my fault entirely, as I had not peeled back the film cover! Ha! I could speak with somebody straight away - so refreshing! Good product.

Good quality products and quick delivery

The frame came in reasonably good time, and was well packaged. It was well protected and unmarked. I was able to mount a poster within minutes and the frame gives it a really pleasing finish. I would recommend this item to others.

Ordered some photo boxes, came very quickly and are of very good quality. Phoned company to see if any other sizes were available unfortunately there aren’t. Have ordered some more inserts. Very good company to deal with.
