Fantastisk bra upplevelse!!!

Sådan kundbemötande har jag inte haft på många år!
Beställde en iPhone, men väntetiden var två veckor- det var slut på den modellen, men Tobias som jag hade kontakt med erbjöd direkt en annan telefon (annan färg på baksidan) och skicka den omgående!
Han svarade på mina mejl direkt. Fick aldrig vänta mer än några minuter och skickade all nödvändig information. Det var mycket fin och positiv upplevelse.
