No customer service - was told a call from their team but still no call,!

No returns address and when asked 4 times email reply was check policy page which has no return address.
I want a refund now. And take this rubbish back.

Had i know I would have opted for £10 shipping fee, because my delivery arrived 3 weeks later. I concluded i was scammed and finally here is my item at my door step 😅. So I like the fact that the item advertised is correct and excatly what I got.
Hopefully delivery speed is improved because this company has lots of great potential and price

I ordered iphone 14 Pro max way back in June 25th 2024, it's now 10th September and I still haven't received the phone or my £734 money back.. I'm absolutely fuming!!
It's now 7th November five months after they took my £734 and still they refuse to refund my money back even though I didn't receive my order. I beg you don't waste your time and money on these people..

What a scam of a company. Don’t fall for the thousands of fake reviews that the owners post, that are very clearly copied and pasted, stay clear!!
I made an order in April, and realised 3 days after ordering that this would not be turning up. I asked for a refund and received a reply on the same day stating that this would be taken care of ‘promptly’. I provided all the relevant information and never received a reply after this.
Action fraud weren’t able to look at the claim, so if the business owners don’t do the right thing and refund my £569, this will be taken to the small claims court (not like they’ll pay then anyway, so I’m reluctant to waste my hard earned money on the court fee).
Avoid this company! They use Volt for payment, which does a direct bank transfer, so you can’t even make a claim through your bank.
Stop scamming innocent people who earn their money in an honourable way rather than taking it from others.
Ordered a rose gold Apple Watch…
Ordered a rose gold Apple Watch advertised with original packaging for my wife’s birthday. we did receive a watch but it’s silver and wrapped in bubble wrap.
Emailed to request a refund as it isn’t as shown on their website.
Now saying we’ve got the watch and it’s as shown on website which is incorrect as it’s a diffferent colour.
Now saying will take 5 days to review.
* update. I’ve noted on all Phones Refurb replies they dispute what customers say and basically say you are lying. I did not order a white and silver watch, we ordered a rose gold watch as we have documented in our emails to you. As I have documented to you what I ordered and what we received which is a completely different colour.
Also have a U.K. phone number and email when in fact all items sent from UAE.

Hello everyone, my item finally arrived after 13 good days, although the delivery was slow to Germany, it is acceptable and delivery came by DHL, i have a problem with the charger but phonesrefurb has sent me another charger.

Its a pity that I cannot give negative stars on this platform. This "company" is an absolute scam. I found out too late, but to warn other customers I am writing this review. They ignored my wish to cancel my order (I canceled it before shipment) and instead they sent me a fake tracking code. Stay away from it
Update: I have some good news for people who have been treated like I did, around a month ago bank has returned my money. So don’t loose hope, try to request a chargeback.

Your not even replying to us now !! Fake number and your disrespectful comments here really contradicts your ' pristine customer service ! ' you can't tell people not to use chargeback because there's nothing being said regarding these huge delays anywhere apart from ' the small print ' get real! Your model is advertise and allow customers to buy products you still don't have in stock ! As there is zero evidence of anything positive dealing with such a shambles of a business. Dreadful Customer Service - Requesting ID for a online transaction???
When I ordered a refurbished Apple Watch 2 Ultra, the site indicated it would be delivered within a week of purchase. However, after a week passed without any updates, I emailed the company to inquire about the delivery status. In response, they asked me to provide proof that the card used for the purchase was mine. I found this request strange, especially since the charge had already been verified by AMEX, and I’ve never been asked to provide ID to a merchant for an online purchase before.
I responded to their email, expressing my discomfort with sending them my ID, given that AMEX had already completed the security checks. They replied, claiming that their payment processor had flagged the transaction and required additional documentation from me. I again refused to send my ID, but they insisted, stating it would prevent delays, and ended the email with, "I strongly urge you to furnish the required ID proof at your earliest convenience." After I didn’t reply, they sent a gentle follow-up reminder.
I then decided to contact their payment processor directly to verify what Phonesrefurb was telling me. The payment processor informed me that they didn’t need any information from me—only proof of invoice and shipping from Phonesrefurb. The representative also mentioned that it was unusual for a merchant to ask the consumer for such information.
I emailed Phonesrefurb again, expressing my concern that they were repeatedly requesting my ID. Now that the situation was clarified, I asked them to proceed with the delivery. Phonesrefurb replied, stating they had provided the necessary evidence to their payment processor. They also warned that if I initiated a dispute or chargeback, they would pursue all necessary actions. Despite this, they continued to insist that their request for my ID was due to a requirement from the payment processor, who had flagged the transaction for reasons unknown to them.
Finally, about 2-3 weeks after placing the order, my watch arrived in good condition. However, even though I was told shipping was free, the item was held at the post office, and I had to pay a fee to receive it. I also questioned why they mentioned pursuing all necessary actions when I never implied that I would file a complaint or chargeback.

Not a professional company, like dealing with a bloke down the pub
First off do not be fooled this is a British company just because they have a London address.
I needed a Galaxy Fold for an 18th Birthday present, so I contacted them and asked if I ordered tonight would I get it within two weeks, I was told 4-5 days delivery.
Ordered that night and was surprised that I had a dispatch message four days later but was dispatched from the Arab Emerates!
3 days before the birth nothing had moved on the tracking so I emailed company and got a reply "Based on the current tracking, everything seems to be on track for delivery." which obviously it wasn't.
Birthday came and went and I had to purchase a phone locally to meet the deadline.
The phone arrived and although I had ordered a black one it was cream but because I didn't need the phone I was not bothered, I also had to pay further import duties.
Their website says they "We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the product to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The returned product must be in its original condition with all tags attached."
So I was sure there would be no issue in returning the device, I WAS WRONG!
Used the online chat and the person tried their hardest to tell me that they would not accept returns because the colour was wrong or the delivery was late.
I told them regardless of colour or delivery I was not satisfied and as stated on the website I could return the phone.
After a lot of discussion they told me to email their service@ and things would be sorted.
This I did and had an email saying to send pictures of the device so they could process the return.
Two weeks later despite a number of emails requesting an update nothing has happened and I doubt if anything will.
So if you are happy to take the plunge without any guarantee order from them, if you are expecting a level of customer service you get from most companies DON'T
Regarding your reply, no, your support was not prompt, and still no mention of anyone being able to return if not completely satisfied.
So I repeat what I said anyone that purchases from this company have to realise there is no further customer support once the order has been paid.
Just like buying from a stranger in the pub.
