The phone they sent me had the screen slightly popped out and was incapable of getting set up without continuously restarting itself. Faulty to an unusable degree, had to be returned. AVOID.

The company for some reason had my address wrong. I had to call up and let them know. They in turn had the let courier know. The phone was recalled. I had to call again to ask for the phone to be resent to correct address. They promised next del. Nothing happenned until the next week. Luckily because of tube strike, hubbybwas home to receive phone.

Then came across PhonesDirect, price was good and I thought give them a go. Phone came next day, well packaged, perfect phone condition, like brand new and with 100% brand new battery health. I am not using this company again… I had to wait 4 days for my order as they don’t deliver on weekends or bank holiday which is ridiculous. I then get my iPhone 11 in very good condition and then I develop an issue with the phone so I ask for a replacement phone. I packed the phone as sturdy as it could be and there no cracks on the screen. It then gets collected by dpd and i have no updates as to when it gets received. So I have to email constantly. I then get told that there’s a crack on the screen so it voids the warranty even though I know I didn’t send it off like that and I got accused of sending it like that so they send my device back after 2 days and now it’s getting hot when charging it and using it in general plus i now have to pay to get the screen fixed which is money I don’t have!!!! I have contacted trading standards about this company and will be going to the ombudsmen and will leave a bad review to make them aware! So
Much for customer service!

Hiya , I purchased an eye phone from phone direct and after 6 months wouldn’t work. I contacted phones direct and sent phone back within a week it was all sorted. New phone one very happy customer. I have to say I’ve never in a long time had such fantastic after sale service at such a professional level . Very impressed will buy there again. Well done to all concerned 👍
