Very bad and disgusting customer care

Very bad and disgusting customer care. They keep on forcing to provide a Indian mobile number.
What type of dumbass design their system that when I choose that I had lost my sim they take me to another page and give me two contact number 68727374 of Mumbai and Bengalore. When You call these number again they ask what is your number.
I had never experience this type disgusting service and now I can understand why people do not want to trust Indian tech company.
They are so called busy that they do not bother to provide a email id where customer car reports the fraud.
simple remove this app from your phone and you will be happy

These payment banks are cheater

These payment banks are cheater. It's app is too bad please don't use this app to pay merchant's account. paying to your friend is fine but when it comes for payment of any vendor this will betray you.
for example, you tried to pay ola driver through phone pay but it will be pending again you will try for same but again it's pending..finally you will pay money by cash and ask ola driver to return money in case it is paid by phone pe. after 1 day you will get message that money is deducted from your account and when you call auto driver either he will not receive your call or reply that he doesn't know you.
a simple advice in case of merchant payment that if money is not debited from account and its pending it should come to phone pe wallet but not in merchant's account or app should reconfirm before sending to merchant's account means once for debit and other for credit..
