Hello Dina,

Firstly, let me apologise that you have not received your order yet, we always dispatch orders on the same day as the order is placed, unless it's placed after 6pm (GMT) then will be in the following morning.

We use USPS to ship out all our orders and overall they are great but on the odd occasion orders have not been delivered on time, this is something we are working on to rectify.
