connection is not going thru even though I am entering the correct phone number in correct format. after few trials, the connection goes thru. I get the message saying that "entered invalid number" some times even after just 5 numbers. I was typing them at normal pace.

-Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call.
As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app.
You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. Please look for the city closest to you on this page: https://phoneindia.com/access_numbers.
