Really friendly and helpful
Really friendly and helpful. Great customer service, I did a click and collect for a PlayStation 5 without any issues. Ordered on Friday and collected Saturday. Located in Den Haag so you can stop by the beach if your going to collect, which is just a nice bonus. :)

The service from the moment I ordered my new Samsung Galaxy S20 till the moment it was personally delivered was spot on. This is the place I would highly recommend to any and every phone buyer. I had a problem setting up Whatsapp on my new iPhone 11 Pro Max, it just would not connect to wifi and it was very frustrating. I was quickly given an appointment with the shop and the owner dedicated to me all the time necessary, identifying the problem (it was my VPN interfering with wifi connection) and also teaching me a lot of useful things to know about the use of this amazing phone.
I have never had a better experience with any seller in any of the countries I lived in. PHONEHIM is definitely the best.
