Phone Central 

Staged website. Uses a pilfered company name to lull you into this scam. Paid £199 for iPhone. Never got it. No contact from site contact form, no replies to emails. Nothing. This is simply just a scam to get your money. Similar site with Polaxs.com. Same people, same scam.

I ordered and paid on the 2/10/25 an Iphone 16 was informed 3 buiness days delivery conrirmed to me it ould be Wednesday. after this date i contscted them again 1 find they had run out and were getting supplies from Canada. be 10 days max
Many more emails over the following weeks and they now do not reply to these even though they say so on thier website replies with 24 hours which is a blatant lie. The lasst emaail said awaiting collecting by delivery firm but don't say which firm.

Do not deal with this company and now asked creidid company to get my money back. This is a rubbish organsation that you should never deal with. i cannor find anything positive about this company aviod at all costs. there are selling stock that they dont have which is againstthe law!

I contracted muse to find out if they could help with my case I received a letter today saying that phone central is using muse as a cover.
Muse has reported it to the police
I believe in Karma so hopefully the scammers will get what they deserve

If I could leave 0 zeros I would - do not purchase a thing from this company, not a cable, not a charger and definitely do not part with any money for a phone - it will not arrive, it is a total scam! Avoid like the plague!!

This company is using my business name on this website and it is fraudulent. Do not buy from this bogus website. Police have been informed.

Suckered into this but was suspicious from the start so I paid on my creditcard. The company behind this is a terraced house in London and the sole director is a Kevin Joseph Donohoe if you would like to write and complain! Just waiting on my bank but beware the website is still live as at 01/11/2025.

Complete scammers had to raise a dispute with the bank after 22 days of lies from customer service

If you have paid for this at the quoted price by law it should be yours. If the delivery does not materialise, as stated when the order was placed, then you have not received it under the normal terms of the transaction. If this is a scam then why does the company website still advertise the same item?
Is the entire website a false front? (Dear Trustpilot - your rave reviews for this outfit at time of purchase could have been Ai generated....I had to click 1 star to enable a comment)

SCAMMED — me too

Ordered a phone early oct they stated 2-3 days delivery. Checked there web site went to delivery status all looked good. After a couple days went to check delivery again and the tracking is blocked. Sent several emails no replies just blanked. Do not use this company.

Me, like everyone else, am still waiting on a phone. I dont think it is going to happen…ever! I’ve chased and chased with no answer whatsoever. Just as well for them that there’s no telephone number.
I unfortunately don’t have and therefore didn’t make the order with credit card. More fool me! It’s been very costly

I wanted to upgrade my phone and came across an offer for a white iPhone 17 at a price lower than I had seen elsewhere. I placed the order on 1st October, with the item advertised as having a 2–3 day delivery timeframe.

As of 20th October, the phone has still not been delivered. I followed up with the seller multiple times. Initially, I received a response confirming that my order had been processed and would be delivered within a few days. However, I am now no longer receiving any replies.

Fortunately, I paid for the order using my credit card, and I have since raised a refund request with my card provider.

Should be a zero star rating, there should be more done to prevent these shisters from scamming people, should stick to old saying.. if it’s too good to be true, just annoyed I didn’t follow my gut, hence payed with credit card, so hopefully get refunded, more peed they got one over me

Yesterday I could see this phone was now in the UK, this morning the tracking said Blocked! Has anyone else seen thi?

Unfortunately, I got sucked into this blatant scam as well. But I quickly caught on when two delivery dates did not transpire, So I contacted my credit card company to stop the payment and was refunded in a few days. They still keep sending me delivery bullshit, it must be fully automated to keep folks quiet until payments are completed. Claim your money back asap,

This a complete scam makes out that the offer for the IPhone 16e is a promotion for the 10 year anniversary of the company. Me and my partner needed upgrades so decided to purchase two. At first it seems all good with tracking info sent every couple of days Jane even replies to a few emails at first to make it look convincing. She states due to over selling they have to get more shipped in from there remote warehouse in Canada! This is just to by them more time ( there is no such warehouse) I checked my tracking today and funny enough it says it's now in the uk which I very much doubt, any way I have now contacted my credit card provider and put a claim in for fraud. DO NOT USE AND REPORT THEM IF YOU SEE THEM STILL POPPING UP ON YOUR SOCIALS.

I bought or at least I paid for il ten days as the website stated that there was a 2-4 delivery and this what I see if I check the order in the website
