Unit arrived literally smelling like poop. Emailed them right away asking for a replacement unit, have been ignored for a week. Sent out multiple emails, relaying the urgency, still no response. It’s a bit ridiculous that you buy a product for hygiene and health reasons and it smells like poop. Very unsanitary. Was excited but this is very sad
