Don't ever purchase from Phoenix Dma. There firmware is only good for a limited time before you gotta repurchase a new one. Oh save your order# which they dont tell you to. This is how they get you.
Horrible experience. I am having issues with firmware and was considering purchasing a firmware from this provider. I am not an expert and asked for help on discord. The person who helped wanted me to provide info. right away to what firmware i had and I was not able to get this information right away so he closed my ticket. I was only speaking to him for 5 min. and was explaining the situation and he cut me off saying i was saying a lot of nothing and was trolling. I was just explaining my situation which any support would want to know any history for potential issues in any step i took. but he cut me off and closed ticket. then when i created a new ticket and mentioned i was just explaining he closed ticket and booted me from discord.
