My husband was looking for a BMW to purchase and was researching online and found one at Phoenix. He was out of the country at the time so I went to see it with our son. We told them we wanted to test drive the Active Tourer and it was ready for us when we got there. They handed us the keys and just said take your time drive as much as you want to and let us know how it goes. There was no high pressure sales at all and we ended up purchasing the vehicle. The whole experience was straight forward and stress less - they did the registration, arranged 5 day insurance so we could drive away and the transaction went smoothly. Would recommend to our family and friends next time they are looking for a car.

We purchased a very a beautiful car from them a week ago and so far so good all is great. We had fantastic service from Austin and Joe, it was a pleasure doing business with them, and I hope there great service continues, thank you again.

Really aggressive and pushy sales team. Absolutely disgusted with the behaviour when trying to get a deposit back on a car i had reserved due to a change in circumstances. The dealership are forcing me to use their finance company to move forward with the process, and if it does not go through only then i can have my deposit back. They are regulated by the fca and are obligated to return the deposit. Really aggressive and bullying manners from the sales manager. I am perusing to legal action.

Understandably the best we have ever dealt with, very professional , customer service was excellent, Danny and Joe were absolutely amazing from start to finish and Joe topped it off by phoning my wife to say he will deliver the car Brilliant.

I got a reasonable P/x figure and they carried out some little bits as well as doing an oil service prior to collection.

I couldn’t have been treated in a more friendly and professional manner from the moment we arrived I felt comfortable and under no pressure I actually enjoyed the whole experience it was my wife’s car (Mrs B) and she is over the moon with her new purchase,
The team arranged finance at a very competitive rate and less than a week later Mrs B is driving home all smiles

I recently purchased a 2014 BMW 320D from Phoenix Car Sales.
Their sales technique is zero pressure, zero waffle, just helpful and straight to the point without any fuss. I dealt with Austin and was handed over to Joe at point of purchase, but also spoke to other staff members across the site. Everyone was friendly, polite, helpful, and generally just good people.
The car I purchased was at a very reasonable price, and in fantastic mechanical condition. Prior to collection the vehicle was cleaned inside and out. When asked about my part-ex and how much I wanted for it, they didn't even budge on the price and gave me exactly what I requested for it. I didn't end up part-ex'ing as I sold it privately to a friend, but that hiccup in the plan did not cause Phoenix to mis-step at all.
I've worked in the motor trade, both in sales and service, and I can vouch that Phoenix Car Centre is a damn good place to buy a car from.

Sales person sarcastically laughed at me on the phone, then hung up on me when he realised he wasn't getting a sale. Incredibly rude.

Up until that point, he was nice as pie, telling me how they're a family owned company and their car buyer has been in the business for 25 years, etc. The moment he realised he wasn't going to sell me the car, he turned into an obnoxious so and so and put the phone down while I was talking.

As it turns out, I am actually interested in the car at that price now, but will find one elsewhere, as I can't trust a thing this garage says after that sudden change in personality.

Very happy with the service, all advisors were friendly and helpful. No pushy sales tactics and nothing was to much bother for them with efficient service.

A fantastic experience with the Phoenix car centre; they gave me plenty of time with the car, Neil helped with any questions, and they put the car through their body shop to ensure it was in top condition before i picked it up.

All the guys are helpful and make sure you are happy with everything to do with your purchase , my Z4 is stunning and I will be recommending Phoenix Car Centre to all my friends and family. Thank you Austin for 1st class service .

Saw a car on the Phoenix website and rang up and spoke to Austin who was really helpful and sent over some more photos for us. We then reserved the car and Austin said the car wasn't with them at the garage yet but he would have it all ready for us by Saturday to come and view and test drive. True to his word the car was all ready serviced and MOT'D when we drove to view it. Austin was profesional and friendly and let us test drive it on our own with a trade plate and was there for advice or help if we had any questions. There was a small broken back light which was recognised and promptly organised to get a replacement. We understood that the car had only come in to them the day before and they tried to get everything done in time for us to come and drive away if we were happy.
I loved the car ..it was exactly the top spec that had been described and we went into the office where Austin and his colleague efficiently dealt with all the paperwork and money transfer very quickly and the extra premium warranty package was also explained in great detail which we chose to take as its a unique warranty scheme that they have at Phoenix that works well.

On the whole from start to finish we received a very top class professional friendly helpful and efficient service and would definitely recommend Phoenix Cars To anyone looking to buy a vehicle in excellent condition from a reputable company.

Excellent service all the way through. Straight away left me alone with the car and allowed a test drive. No pressure when looking at the car but came and answered questions. No feeling of time pressure during negotiation and very confortable atmosphere. Would definitely come back next time
