Really great club. My boy was really keen to start doing proper archery. I really struggled to find somewhere that would do a junior course.

The owner Chris has been fantastic and me and my boy have been members of the club after completing the beginners course for several months now. I can't recommend the club enough. All the member have been great with us both. Even if we spend a lot of time looking for lost arrows.

My son and daughter were interested in archery and Chris gave them an informative taster session which led us to booking in for the five week beginners course. Winter weather and all, this did not disappoint! Both of our children enjoyed and improved with Chris' tuition and guidance. The class wasn't overly full which meant there was plenty of time in each session for skills to be assessed and tips given to improve.
Bravo to Chris and his amazing club! Anyone of any age should consider Phoenix when looking at taking up archery.

One of the best things about the club is the people very friendly and welcoming and the coach Chris is always there when you need help no matter what one of the best places to go and have a shoot and just relax and have a chat

Great local club, instruction is second to none, and mentoring at all levels is brilliant.

Plenty of parking close by and a cafe within 200 yards.

Loads of club equipment so you don't have to buy loads of equipment until you want to

I’m always welcome at the club, even when I return from breaks away from the sport! Very supportive atmosphere for me and everyone, you can be yourself (introvert or extrovert) and be accepted. Great place to learn about archery and practice your skills up to all levels.

Excellent friendly club which is open and inclusive to all ages and abilities. Free use of club equipment and very reasonable shooting fees make it affordable for most.
Chris is always there to offer help, advice and coaching to anyone who needs it, whether they are an experienced archer or a complete novice, he will find time to assist.

I cannot begin to say why I love this club.
After picking up the sport on holiday, I was really keen to start doing it more regularly.
From the minute I walked onto the range, I felt welcomed.
The coach was amazing, encouraging and friendly.
This club prides itself on making archery accessible to anyone and everyone.
I cannot be prouder of being a member at this club, and introducing my young children to this sport.

Excellent club and Chris is a very committed CEO / coach. Only downside is that, since a burglary / arson we’re not able to shoot indoors.

Chris is really knowledgeable and helpful good fun for all ages

Amazing helpful coaches, Chris especially helps out loads, had an issue with my arrows and their fletchings, he fitted new nocks and fletchings free of charge.

He also helps alot with informations and how to improve you shooting.

Great place to practice and lovely people, can get a bit muddy depending on the weather but as anything dress accordingly
