Bought 2 x 16kg kettlebells from Amazon. These are comedically big and not fit for use - they look like someone has made an inflatable kettlebellfpr a joke. The handles are so girthy that I cannot safely grip them. No measurements provided on the girth of the handle so couldn't have known.
Despite "free returns" the company (not Amazon) want me to pay to return them - conveniently the cost of returning these is almost the same as it cost to buy them so either way I'm out of pocket.
Do not buy unless you are a giant with huge hands. Company not worth dealing with

Bought an elliptical fitness machine via Amazon in January to aid with muscular strength prior to and after a hip replacement. Worked wonderfully until a pedal became detached on the evening of 7th June. Contacted Amazon on 8th who passed my message onto Phoenix. Within an hour, received a reply from a lovely lady called Pam who requested photos of damage. Received a reply on morning on the 9th to say that a replacement was being sent next day delivery. That's what I call customer service!!

Wrong and lied about delivery date ie 48 hours 3 weeks later no delivery and no response to my delivery time and request for updates disgraceful and disgusting the way this company has treated me it was a birthday present for my son and I felt totally reaasally wants the point I will never buy again from this company be warned new buyers !

Prompt and efficient. Easy to order, prompt delivery, good quality weights. Love the opportunity to make your own weights with the various sizes.

Awful customer service experience. I have one of the punch bags that needs one rubber Gromit. After Two and throwing on email I have been told that you cannot get spare parts for this punch bag therefore the punch bag is deemed useless. Would not recommend their products and definitely wouldn’t recommend their customer service.

Public damage control?!?

Awful customer service experience. I have one of their punch bags that only needs a simple rubber grommet/locking part to be usable again. After 8 emails back and forth, I was told they cannot supply spare parts, effectively making the entire punch bag useless.

Now they’ve replied publicly asking me to contact them directly, but I have already been in contact multiple times and got nowhere. This just feels like a generic response for appearances rather than actually helping.

It’s incredibly frustrating to be told a product is essentially disposable because of one small missing part. Would not recommend their products or their customer service.

They placed my order to the wrong house

I placed an order to Ireland. The dumbbells are of great quality and arrived faster than expected. However, I was charged an extra €17 for customs clearance. This wasn't mentioned during the checkout process; I only found it later in the FAQ section in a very small note. It would be much better if these additional costs were clearly stated upfront. Thanks

Clear web site, competitive pricing, and fast efficient delivery.
Product bought (weight bar clamps) were simple and effective.

Outstanding customer service. My parcel was unfortunately lost, but it was replaced very swiftly, even during the busiest time of the year. The email responses from the company were fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout. I felt well looked after and couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent service.

Atrocious service, TWICE. Ordered sets of weight plates twice now and after taking my money, after 3 weeks finally say 'out of stock' but is still on their website. Instead of contacting me to ask if I'd like my entire order cancelled, they send out 1 x 5kg weight which is of no use to anyone. Terrible. AVOID.

Was asked to provide additional info which I did within hours of their request and over 3 weeks later STILL awaiting response. Worse than expected
