I accidentally forgot to cancel my free trial and got charged 400 euros; thankfully the platform was incredibly helpful and responded to my problem the day after and issued me a refund immediately even though I was the one who forgot to cancel.
I used the platform for market research and their sources were very helpful, once I can afford to do so I will most definitely subscribe.

Recently signed up for a free trial with Phlanx.com for a short campaign where I needed to look at various influencer engagement rates. Only needed/used the software for a day. Never received any email confirmation regarding account creation nor did I receive notice of my account moving from the free trial to the basic plan. Woke up with a $300USD charge on my Visa.
I have sent an email to customer service regarding the charge but with zero email correspondence in the past, it feels like wishful thinking that I will get a response. I will gladly update my experience when I receive an email back from customer service. Their FAQ page says they are a "friendly software company" so lets see if that statement holds true.

The charges have been reversed but looking through TrustPilot it seems like the majority of reviews are from people who forgot about trials due to lack of communication upon account creation as well as never receiving correspondence that their trial account is nearly over. This should definitely be addressed.

Phlanx is an amazing influncer marketing page, I used it for 1 month trial period and it was really good but even when I cancelled my subscription after one month free trial my money was deducted and also I am not being able to use the the benefits that I get after paying for the subscription.
I have emailed them I haven't got response, I will upgrade my review if i get it. Hoping for a response really soon
Phlanx is an excellent tool
Phlanx is an excellent tool! I signed up for a free trial to explore their engagement calculators as I did competitive research to win a specific client. The tools were extremely easy to use and very trustworthy. I also love that they have a variety of useful tools, including competitive tracking and brand name tracking. We ultimately did not win the client and so we didn't have further need for Phlanx. I, unfortunately, forgot to end my free trial and was charged the annual rate. I sent them an email to see if I could get a refund - although I was resigned to the fact I likely would not. To my absolute delight, Katie from their customer service department was really understanding and processed a full refund! If you need insights into your brand - or a competitor's - online, Phlanx is an exceptional tool to exceed your needs. Plus, with such an amazing customer support team, you're really in good hands!

You have to introduce a credit card number or Paypal account to access the free trial for a month. Well, I only use it one day and I realized it is a good service but not what I was looking for. Then, 30 days after my login, I’ve discovered a charge in my credit card for 300$!! A full year subscription!! A didn’t recieve a previous mail or communication about that charge… I’ve cancelled my subscription once I’ve seen that charge and I’m expected for a refund after sending an e-mail. I will inform about final solution. Hope to upgrade my current review depending on customer service.

Only small issue was some hiccups with the website not having the contact us section working, but Katie assured me that she shall get it up and running as soon as possible.
