After some time dealing with this I have finally receiced my correct cushion covers and I am satisfied with the outcome. Still have to say that customer service was not great but they got the problem fixed. I found three numbers for this company and none of them actually work. All you get is no one is available to take your call leave a message. Email was the only avenus for communicating with the company. The furniture is awesome but only three stars now because of customer service.

I ordered a patio set of 6 chairs and one table. The table and one chair were damaged during shipment. I contacted the company and they immediately sent replacements. I am very pleased with their product and their customer service. I would order from them again and recommend their products to anyone. Hats Off, PhiVilla!

I order a 5 piece outdoor dining set. One box came with a few holes in it...and two pieces damaged. However, I contacted the company and they were very helpful and fast in replacing the parts. I love the set and customer service was exceptional.

Phi viila failed to put the hardware in the box with the parkbench. Customer service was pretty much non existence. No return phone calls, and generic emails that were of no help.

I will be dead honest: I was not amused when the plastic knob cracked in half on my Phi Villa chair last week. However, when I reached out to let them know, I was completely blown away by their customer service. They didnt even ask to see my receipt or a picture of my broken chair piece- they just sent me a new $100 chair via Fedex expedited shipping! They are such a good company! The chair is legit I just weigh 230 llbs and I jumped into the chair aggressively to break it.

The chairs we ordered are of excellent quality and very beautiful. The communication with this company is excellent, quickly responding to any questions or needs. They really do back up their products.

One of the poles got bent when as I was taking it down. I emailed the company and got a quick response from Tiffany. She was very helpful and quick to help me find a solution to my problem. Within days I received a replacement and was very pleased with the customer service.

Customer service was first rate, allowing a damaged piece to be replaced without any hassle. Thank you for a fantastic product along with a helpful and communicative customer service!!

The chairs are not as comfortable as they say!!

The customer service team went above and beyond to help with my request to purchase a replacement cover for my canopy tent. Everyone was extremely responsive and I really appreciated that they wanted to help me since they do not have the item available as a separate purchase. They shipped it to me quickly and did not charge me for the replacement which was very kind. A big thank you to their team!

I purchased 4 all weather rattan chairs. We live in a mild climate and the cushions started to mildew after one year and the rattan started to disintegrate after two years. We have a lot of this type of all weather rattan furniture and it is still in good condition after many years. The chairs I purchased from Phi Villa are not at all weather resistant. Unfortunately they are only warranted for one year.

I had no problems with my order, just wanted a spare part. Customer service was so extremely responsive and truly helpful that I wanted to share my experience! 20/10

The company was most helpful in replacing the table that was damaged in transit. The patio set is just what we wanted; very comfortable chairs without cushions to manage.
Well worth it.

We had a damaged part during the assembly phase and I called to explain. They sent me a new part right away and were extremely pleasant and responsive to my issue. Great customer service!!!!
