On November 30th, I got a special deal offer for the new plugin, the Balancer 2, for $29 bucks. It's been over 3 hrs since I haven't received my purchased product. The paid product the Balance 2, didn't show up in the PS control center that's installed on my computer. I have receipts and transactions of my bought or paid product through my Paypal purchase with the very same email address that is associated with my PS account and the paid product was purchased from the very same email address. The support on PS website wasn't helpful or nor the merchants from Paypal 'PADDLE' wasn't helpful neither! I don't want a refund to wait for 30 days because i was very interested in the product. If i don't receive any support or getting help within the next 3 days... I'll just get my Bank to dispute the charges with proof of purchase and reciepts with screenshots. Why buy a product when support is poor and no sign of the paid plugin in my possession.

UPDATE EDIT: Phil helped me right away in solving my issue of an info typo on my behalf that was solved immediately and professionally! I'm Grateful.

Plugins are great, videos are well done, very impressed so far!

One of the best plugins I've ever used. The best for unlocking ideas and creating consistently interesting tracks.

I recently purchased THE_BUILD, THE_FILTER, THE_SMOOTHER, THE_SPICE, and THE_STUTTER from Phil Speiser, and they’re outstanding. Even though I don’t produce electronic music, these plugins are incredibly useful, high-quality, and very user-friendly. They offer smart functions and ideas I haven’t found anywhere else. I couldn’t get THE_PITCH yet due to currency conversion here in Brazil, but I definitely plan to — the whole lineup is impressive.

There are times, that a certain sound needs extra, or better said, a lot attention and tweaking to get it right. For me that is sometimes frustrating and distracts me from the actual creative workflow. How cool is it that you can use "the Smoother" from Phil Speiser. For me it's an insane app and always put a smile upon my face. Must have!

These plugins are brilliant for unlocking creativity. Every time I load one up, I end up with new ideas without even trying. The sounds are lush, musical, and really easy to shape. Perfect for anyone who wants to get inspired quickly.

The Balance and the Smoother are great and easy to use tools to get pro-level mixes but it ads the last 10%. The mixing that comes before has to be on a certain level.

Good Plugins, easy to use

Purchased "The Smoother" plugin v2.2. However, when I attempted to install the plugin, it was v1.01. After nearly a week of trying to contact the seller via all of the methods provided on the website, I was only able to get automated directions to the same older download. Finally, after resorting to a link on the payment receipt, I was able to get an automated refund. This is terrible customer support, but maybe you get what you pay for?

Excellent plug-ins, but expensive. On the other hand, paying a monthly subscription gives you access to all plug-ins and Apps at a fair price, which is a bargain for the ability to use an extensive collection of very good, easy-to-use apps.

I don't know if I can evaluate the price of every individual App, but being able to subscribe to all of them is excellent, cos those apps are so good. There are so many of them, and Speiser provides bout good courses on learning to use each of them, and he explains them very well. He provides the support him self, and that means a lot.

Great plugin. Makes it very simple to remove nasty resonating frequencies from my creations during all phases of my music production.

Awesome Plugins

All of this is new to me.For me, as a beginner, the ease and intuitive use of such tools is important. After getting Instrument 2, I decided to purchase other tools from him. Even though it's a bit embarrassing, I use this tool to gain experience, understand workflows, and even quickly build a quality track. Thanks!

I bought this on a discount and a whim thinking it wouldn't get much use. I was very surprised to find that it is now a staple part of my workflow. Having AI to find and reduce resonances is worth the price alone but everything it does is good if a bit CPU heavy. Recommended.

The Payment Process was easy and the Plug In works like a charm. I would recommend it and im looking into other Apps from hin as well.

UPDATE: Eventually received a response and have received a refund for the faulty plugin.

The Instrument, and, The Build, won't work. The fixes suggested on the website do not help. The error message suggests that I moved the data, but I never did, so this is a software fault.

I requested support and received no reply for over 2 weeks. I requested support again and received 1 email suggesting the same fixes as stated on the website - which I mentioned in my email I had tried and had not worked.

It's now been another 10 days with no reply. I requested a refund (via email and instagram) and, unsurprisingly, I've had no reply to that request either.

Super disappointing because people seem to vibe with the products. However, I'm not willing to stick with a developer that offers such poor customer support, especially when the bug that needs fixing is due to software error - not client error.

So...please, would you reply to me now? And ideally give me a refund for the faulty products that you've charged for, but which I can't even use? I would prefer to take my money to a different brand that looks after it's clients.

Seems pretty good so far. Stay tuned for more.

It’s an excellent sample pack. Lots of fun and took many of my EDM tracks to the next level.
