Absolutely miserable place to buy stuff
Absolutely miserable, almost like a scam. Bought a product there, paid to them, waited for nearly two months until I was told the delivery failed for some unknown reason and finally I got refund. I only got to know that when I called them, because the email they sent to me never made sense for reading. They confirmed it’s not my fault regarding the shipping, and I never received any messages of shipping status. I asked the exact reason, no, just mystery. No reason, no compensation, WhatsApp customer support not responding frequently.
If you want to just buy a Philips product, buy from whatever proper shop. If you are fine with putting your money elsewhere for months and wasting a lot of time communicating and trying to figure out what happens, go ahead order here.
