I chose “No Price” option but charged 53.82 Euros. The only fee shown was for “rush” processing, which I didn’t select. Misleading.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

This is a total scam, do not fall for it!!! You can register for free via the app etravel.gov.ph.
This is a scam! The same service is totally FREE FROM THE phil.government.
You can even do this after arrival at the airport for FREE. Don’t fall for this scam!
This is a scam. The etravel is.free, and even if you cancel before they process it they will still proceed to take the payment and never give a refund.
Totally big time scammers!!! They lure you to click on their website and make you believe that they are the official one and make you pay. Why do they allow this bogus website on the internet and rip people of their hard earned money. Please do not pay anything because etravel is absolutely free!
This company is a scam !
They charge you $60 (+$20 for prio) for the eTravel pass to enter the Philippines but they are not linked to the government at all.
However via the government app/website it’s free and immediate. Here it takes up to 72 hours as they just fill in the form for you. They probably paid Google to appear first in the search results and pretend they are the only way to request the eTravel pass.
As you have to fill in the same information (and even more) there is zero advantage of them doing it for you.
