Labgear Tri-boom aerial. I bought an aerial from Screwfix and wanted some technical advice regarding the orientation of the aerial. Phoned the technical department, never answered the phone, just rung out.
Sent an email to the technical department, never replied.

I ordered an slx lnb that should have included the bracket, it did not.
After speaking to customer service on two separate occasions and sending an e mail as well, i received no bracket.
Despite three attempts the company never completed the order, I bought a bracket from another company.

Firstly, I want to say that their product is first class. Today they demonstrated that their customer service excels too! Thanks to Peter Maynard for helping out with a problem that wasn't of their making! Awesome!

I bought a sad light box from Amazon, unfortunately our dog got to the parcel while we were out and chewed through the power source cable, before we had a chance to even use it.
I emailed the company, and had a very lovely Customer services lady, Jamica Estabilio respond saying they would be able to send me a replacement free of charge!

what great customer service! It arrived the next day and I am glad to say that the sad lamp seemed to work really well - during the winter months, we were both feeling much better.

Bought 2 i-box dawns for Christmas. Radio is weak. Alarms don't work properly.
( ie don't go off apart from if you reset the whole thing every day) Bluetooth won't connect on either. This is a clock with a phone charger, and nothing more.

I had a problem with a security camera system the power supply kept going on and off and messed the password access entry up. I phoned Philex helpline they were so helpful and sorted it for me. A great team.

First class service. CCTV went faulty and their guy in technical must be one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with. Went over and beyond my expectations and sorted my problem. Courteous, friendly and knowledgable. Then today 2 weeks after receiving a replacement hard drive I unexpectedly received a refund cheque to cover my postage costs. Excellent top class.thank you

Excellent customer service. I purchased a TV distribution amplifier through Amazon. 1 day short of the 2 year guarantee it stopped working. This was replaced with no questions asked apart from a copy of the invoice to check purchase date.
Can't ask for anymore than that

We recently purchased the above multimeter from Screwfix - the product is excellent although the probes bent quite easily and snapped after testing of batterys on our third site visit.
the information leaflet refers to these as being available spares - but Screwfix dont supply these . we tried various other distributors including the usual Maplins and RS components and a number of electrical wholesalers before emailing the company to ask for price and availabilty .

reply: 'unfortunately we do not sell the leads seperately but someoe like Maplin electronics should have some that would fit, Kind Regards '

hmm usefull NOT .. great product, lousy support - suggest you go for a product with a support infrastructure.

The do what they say they will and you cant really ask for more. Good support Services.
