Atrocious experience and no Customer…

Atrocious experience and no Customer Service training or understanding for a start.

I was this morning sent a collection letter for a property I have nothing to do with.

Refused to allow me to speak to someone about it as I did not have a postcode reference and told I was being rude for asking a lady on the other end of the phone for a solution to speak with someone and advised I would be hung up on for "My Attitude".

Oh and the debt came form a company that PHIDEX own's... Ginger energy - Steer clear of this lot of no good nicks trying desperately to add admin fees to everything and take your money!
