IT'S A TOTAL SCAM DON'T BUY OFF THESE ORDERED GOODS NEVER ARRIVED WOULDN'T ANSWER EMAIL TRACKING NUMBER FAKE ORDERED TABLE CHAIRS ANSWERED QUESTIONS BEFORE ORDERING BUT NOT AFTER DISCUSSING WHY ARE THEY STILL ON NET

These are scammers, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESES THIEVES!!!! I waited for 35 days, no delivery. Wrote them an email and it bounced back. In the end I had to contact Klarna to block my last payment. How on earth are they even allowed to continue operating and stealing from people!! My £565 gone down the drain not sure If I will get it back.

Fraudulent Company, will take money and not ship goods or reply to any attempts to contact. Trading standards should intervene and ensure the web site is removed. They are registered at Companies House with Director listed as Muhammad Basil BASHIR Date of Birth June 1995. Correspopndence Address is Regus, Fort Dunlop, Fort Parkway, Birmingham, England, B24 9FE.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I am struggling to understand how PHGM Furniture is still trading?. Like all the other comments, we had really good customer service, IE answers to my questions which were very prompt, they gave me no indication that the patio set was coming from China,( which obviously never arrived) I was told my purchase would take 14-18 days, even the tracker is false. Once purchased NO contact from them at all. ITS an ABSOLUTE SCAM. Thankfully for us we used our credit card. Trading Standards need to shut this place down before more people get conned out of their hard earned money.

Do not order from these the took my money and not sent me my furniture and ignored all my emails and the no telephone to call them DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THE ARE SCAMMERS

Never ever buy from this site , 100% scam , I bought it and used it clearpay . I got my refund cause I paid by credit card and I claimed section 75. They never answered my calls ou emails, also track24 is a scam

Order garden furniture 3rd June 25, despite various attempts at contacting this company we have had nil response, the courier details provided are also false. We have well & truly been scammed! Do not purchase from these scammers, we feel foolish for falling for the original reviews read, obviously also false!

We have reported to all the appropriate parties, including trading standards etc!

Don't ever ever buy from these they are 100 %%%%% SCAM 570 POUNDS DOWN !!! Paid 2 payments through klarna already thinking why not it must be safe it's ABSOLUTELY NOT ive now had to wait 21 days for these to get back to me which won't happen as emails get bounced back and tracking is fake !!!

Oh my god where to start! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not return emails.Im gonna be over £550 worse off as never received my order along with a lot of other people. I should have realised if its too good to be
true its not true!!!! I paid through Klarna...had to pay all instalments or my credit would be ruined. Its a nightmare trying to claim through them so my advice always pay by credit card where possible or you're gonna find yourself in a row over how many times I've emailed the company, how long I've waited to give them chance to reply...I used Klarna as thought I'd be protected FROM SCAMS.........WRONG!!!! BE CAREFUL....I will never pay through Klarna again.....be careful people wish I'd known about these reviews before I fell for it : (

These are scammers, they will take your money reply to correspondence right up until delivery is expected then go silent. Luckily for us we purchased through our credit card and have been reimbursed. Have now noticed they appear to be trading on the same platform under the name Casa Home. Facebook/Marketplace and other platforms need to take them down

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! I’ve been waiting 35 days for my garden dining set which cost £560 and it has never arrived . Apparently the company have said that they have been cloned . The tracking Trackme24 does not exist it just counts the days since you ordered and then just stops updating . All emails sent to the company just get returned as no such email address . I paid through Klarna with x3 payments and x2 have already been taken out . Have filled out the form to Klarna but not heard anything back from them other than to say that they have frozen last payment for next month . I really think Klarna should have a way of checking out these businesses before allowing payments to go to cloned companies .

DO NOT BUY!!!! This is a scam website, we have been scammed out of £600.00. Waited over a month for our order, no replies to our emails/contact form filled in 10 times - still no reply.

We have also been scammed.Waited patiently for our garden furniture after tracking it for 35 days, was really excited for it to arrive, but it never did and emails bounced back when i tried to chase them. Trackme 24 doesn't exist. So fed up !!! I have seen the original company now say they have been cloned and reported to police.Hoping we can get our money back from Klarna.

Ordered on 12th May, now day 34 of waiting and watching track me 24 nothing, have emailed PHGM and filled in contact form various times again nothing, contacted carrier that bounced back, felt I’d done due diligence before, but seems like others it is a scam, luckily I was paying through Klarna full payment due Saturday which they have paused pending investigation. Feel foolish frustrated, and angry was just looking forward to new garden furniture

Same as all the other reviewers here I have not received my goods. After paying in full, initial emails were good and gave me confidence, but since delivery date nothing. Tracking information is a scam too, emails just bounce back. I am currently asking my credit card company to investigate them as I don't know another way, they have told me I could also go to the ombudsman.

Same problem with all, they have replied my email until around 10 days before delivery date and after that no reply at all, scam tracking website, I don't know can I apply for refund money or not

Scam company. Very convincing pre sales chat, I emailed day before delivery due to confirm, was told all ok , delivery would be 10am Thursday, nothing arrived, sent 5 emails and contact us form, no reply back. No other way to contact them.

Same Experience as others. Avoid.
