Oliver O'Hara extremely helpful…
Oliver O'Hara was extremely helpful when I first telephoned him about the specifications and availability of the Woodpecker WP5 Woodburning Stove. He phoned the manufacturers and then phoned me back immediately with an update on delivery times. After my son's inspection of the stove on display I completed BACS payment of the Pro Forma invoice with a very helpful phone discussion about delivery once again with Oliver. First rate and very friendly service!

Best spares company in Wales
I have been using phc for few years now. I find them to be very helpful and thier knowledge of boiler spares are second to none. I find Tony very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him. They are always well stocked with boiler spares and if they haven't got it (which is rare) they normally get it the next day.

Fast and efficient service
Fast and efficient service. They have a huge range of stock so I was able to get my hands on the part I needed straight away.
Staff are really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. What a fantastic team there in Bristol!!

Great experience.. helpful and quick
Great experience... bought a Vaillant diverter from another supplier without an adapter lead in the package (my fault not theirs) struggled to find an adapter but PHC had them. Phoned them up as they didn't have a photo and the bloke went and had a look at the part so he could describe it for me.. Ordered the part in the afternoon and arrived 10:30 the next morning Bristol to Essex.. now I can fix the boiler.. Tks
