I ordered a product, they shipped a different product from China and will not issue a full refund. I am expected to pay shipping charges back to China. They continue to offer 30% discount in a 50% discount to get me to keep it. There’s no chance I would take this product from. It seems to be a highly questionable company (who claimed to be Australian based). Stay far away from this company.

I ordered this product but was sent a product called Docteat - this is a Chinese company and I believe the customer service is AI. They will not give a refund even though it is the wrong product which they (AI) claims is just different packaging - seriously !! It’s a scam - a one off order is actually a recurring order every month. If you want a refund you have to pay to return the item to China even if they have shipped the wrong item - so far they have offered me 10%,20%and 30% reduction 🤷🏼‍♀️ steer clear

Avoid at all costs. Do not press anything on this website. I pressed for 2 bottles and without confirming the order they deducted money from my account without authorisation. I did not put in any security code or bank details. They seem to have scammed it from previous use of shopify.
They also added regular deduction of £50plus on my account each month, again without any authorisation. I only noticed because I was checking my account for something else.
Totally dodgy- I don’t know what doctor in their right mind would put their name to this. They are not on the GMC register so the story is a lie.

Scam website - do not buy. The website says they will give you a 90-day money-back guarantee, even if you’ve tried the product and just send back empty bottles, but
A) their Returns policy says 30 days, the product has to be unused and the customer is responsible for paying an unknown return shipping fee to an unknown address (likely in the US).
B) their customer service, when asked about the guarantee, appears to be an AI bot but repeated the same information as the Returns page.
C) there is no scientific or medical evidence cited or linked anywhere. A very similar product (Actora) has been proven to be a scam preying on desperate chronically ill people, and this is likely to be as well.
