Sloppy Service

SIXTH month in a row of Pharmazon getting my address wrong despite the doctor sending the correct address on the prescription.

I received a very apologetic phone call after my previous review complaining about this, and nothing has actually changed. It was even confirmed that it's just lazy copy-pasting from the previous error, and yet it continues.

At least the correct medication arrives, eventually – after replying with my correct address, waiting for confirmation of receipt, hearing nothing for days, and chasing (sometimes twice).

I wouldn't trust Pharmazon for anything requiring urgent/immediate delivery though. The risk of delays is too high.

Issue with the prescription that they…

Issue with the prescription that they waited 2 days to notify my Dr about. I then chased to confirm everything was up to date and they said they would send that day for a next day delivery and they didn't.
This is life saving medication we're talking about here...

Amazing customer care

this was my first time using an online pharmacy service, I was a bit apprehensive and unsure how things worked but the Pharmazon care team have been amazing. They respond to emails quickly and talked me through the process of getting my private prescription, over the phone.

Delivery issues despite paying premiums

Speaking frankly, I rely on my medication to function. After making prompt payment Tuesday morning, I was told the package would be delivered Wednesday by 1pm.

When this did not happen, I communicated there was an issue as the package consistently stayed 'ready for delivery', the response I got was the same information I could access myself via Royal Mail. They said they would contact them on my behalf to check for issues, but it's now Thursday afternoon and still no delivery or recent update on what's going on (besides the package saying Ready for delivery, indicating it's not out for delivery and at best will arrive multiple days later than intended).

Given the high cost of the service, you would expect better service. I know they will blame RM, but both are responsible.

We understand the frustration at not receiving medication in the time that you expect it and we strive to ensure that all medication is delivered in a safe, secure and timely manner. All deliveries of medication are completed by Royal Mail, who we have found to be consistently more reliable than other third-party delivery companies we have worked with in the past.

Sadly, due to them being external to our company the amount of information we have is limited and, in some cases, no more than what our patients have. Our influence over these matters are also very limited.

However, we do everything in our power for these issues to be resolved to prevent patients from going without the medication that they depend upon. We have also introduced "Pre Dispatch Calls", an additional step to helping ensure that patients are at the correct address to receive their medication when it is delivered as well as allowing us to answer any issues or concerns that they may have.

I hope that since this matter we have been able to provide you with the 5 star service that we strive to provide for all our patients!
