DO NOT GO WITH THE COMPANY BEFORE READING THIS!!!!! They tried to deliver my medication when no one was home, they have now had my medication 9 DAYS !! They still have not re-delivered my medication and tomorrow will be 10 days! They also, throw my medication in my neighbours garden which was on camera, I wasn’t aware it was there so it was out on her garden the whole day and night whist is was raining and my medication was destroyed not only that the neighbours have cats bearing in mine this is all on camera!!! I have had to report this company to the medical board and ombudsman whom I’m now in close contact with as this has not been resolved. Good job we both have cameras on our front and back gardens

I, like others, was sceptical after seeing some reviews. I have to say my experience was outstanding.
My first order arrived on time with all medicine well in date.
When I contacted by email regarding re-ordering. I received a very prompt reply which advised to login in to my account with my previously answered questions already there. They also advised that the particular medicine was well stocked.
I then logged in and re-ordered. Seemless process.

After reading the reviews, I was apprehensive about ordering from Pharmacy Direct GB. However, the service I have received has been absolutely first class. I will most definitely use them again. I have experienced "scam" operators, but Pharmacy Direct GB are not amongst them!

Have nothing but positive comments to make with Pharmacy Direct. I'm a new customer and was a little cautious after reading some of the reviews. However, my first order was processed the same day and delivered the next, can't fault them at all. Have placed another order which is currently on it's way to me. Overall I am very happy and have nothing but positive comments to make about this company. I would definitely recommend them, at least based on my own experiences anyway.

I was originally very sceptical as had read some bad reviews and had got rather impatient which is my fault, ended up calling and they were really lovely and started looking into my case straight away.
I would recommend this :)

Ordered on the 17th July and the delivery company they used either didn’t deliver or delivered to the wrong house… tried to contact the company and as yet, ZERO response. Do not use this company

Terrible service, sent the wrong medication and refused to change it! My advice is steer clear and use the local pharmacy

Made an order at 1000hrs and paid for next day delivery. Item not sent on time so delivery is late. Now out of pocket as have to take another day off work to be at home. Poor communication and happy to charge for services not provided. Tried to leave a review on their own platform but fails to load from email and fails to save bed review online.

4 stars at the mo only because I hasn’t seen the items I order yet, let’s be honest they hasn’t got great reviews on here and everywhere I looked up on of this site ain’t much different, I was like 90% sure I been scammed. And I had expressed them via web messaging but did not hear anything back(which was fine coz the order was only processed the day before). One thing did kinda gave me hope this wasn’t a scam, was that they seem to replied to those on here who have concerns quite quick and seem reasonable with their responses. But still I Was genuinely surprised when the tracking number actually shows up on Royal Mail,which is a pretty fast dispatch if I might add. hope it would arrive soon and of the exact order I placed. Thanks update here when it arrived.. back to update my review to5 stars. Delivery was right on time(even tho I understand once it been shipped they actually have no control over the matter coz only way they able to do abit more is to use a delivery company like Fdx UPS) exactly what I ordered, from my experience I would definitely order come them again. (2/92024) since I have made my 1st order I had now re-ordered from them 3times and superb dispatch and arrived right on times. Appreciated team thanks

100% a scam site. Don’t use.

Ordered on 3/6 and paid and since heard nothing back. I sent a message on my account and no reply. The order is still under review. There’s no section on the website regarding refunds or even just customer service contact. So essentially they’ve just taken my money. Do not use!

I had to give one star sadly because I couldn't give zero. Twice now they have failed to deliver my prescription. On both occasions the items were returned. I believe they sometimes use evri, so.... Complaints fall on deaf ears and they refuse to resend without me having to pay delivery a second time. Furthermore the threat is made that should I cancel they will only refund the drug cost and keep the nonsense consultation fee despite being part of the same single transaction. Awful company. Avoid at all costs.

No communication whatsoever. Do not expect a quick delivery from them even if you paid a next day special delivery.

I placed an Order from the Netherlands on the 30th of December 2022 but the parcel holding my Order never arrived. PharmacyDirectGB might work OK if you live and order from within UK, but if you are Out of UK in an European country, more than likely you will never receive the parcel. PharmacyDirectGB uses RoyalMail even for International posting, but RoyalMail has a terrible reputation on the International field. Royal Mail told me the parcel is with Customs, but Customs has assured me that they never retain parcels and the parcels remain all the time with the Courier company, while they do the Customs processing ( which usually is very fast as long as the Courier does it correctly). My parcel is in LIMBO but CustomerService at PharmacyDirectGB has given me lazy answers. NEVER AGAIN. If you plan to order from PharmacyDirectGB and you live outside of UK: DO NOT DO IT!

Despite the poor reviews, I've had a reasonable experience ordering a private prescription and received it quickly. The website doesn't work very well and is quite confusing on what to do. The communication could also be improved as I had to send a number of emails to make sure everything was correct as the instructions are unclear. I would suggest a new website and also a more forthcoming and helpful attitude. However, I will go back in the future.

I wouldn’t recommend this website at all. It’s very dodgy. I’ve placed an order and paid for it but they never sent it.They didn’t even bother to refund my money and went silent. Now I’ve to contact the bank and get the money back.

Really the nub of this is, if you require a prescription by post, PharmacyDirectGb should not ask for an upload of it OR make it VERY clear you will require a posted copy too. As it happened, I binned my prescription after ordering successfully, considering it spent, waited for my meds and a week later noticed a note saying they needed it by post. End result, I ran out of meds. Now I must pay for another prescription. The customer service person felt there was no issue with their processes as you would have to take the prescription into a shop if going to a high street store, kind of missing the point of why on earth they ask for it to be uploaded then. Foolish staff with no interest in providing a well run service.

I paid for a next day delivery, they never sent my order. Called them, they said that it is not in stock.
I canceled my order, requesting a full refund, they never confirmed this.
