They are ignoring my emails. My money is in their application and I am trying to access it but having issues.. and of course, they are not responding… so basically they are stealing my money

Solana cash gone. While I do give credit to their support fast response, the way my money disappeared feels scammy. I traded fast on the app. So swapping from a coin to solana was fast and efficient. Overnight, the default was changed “swap to” to their own Phantom cash wallet. I don’t really know much about the how’s so I transferred the cash 320$ to my solana wallet. That money is completely gone now as the wallet isnt ready for solana cash. My bad on this part but i feel like the change to phantom wallet default was intentional on their side to increase usage of their own wallet. Should have at least given me a headsup! Not recommended.

Hackers stole a lot of money from my Phantom Wallet (BTC, SOL) and very professional and fast (I had not time to transfer my coins to Hardware Wallet :(
When I read the good review on Bitcoin99, I trusted that the Phantom Wallet would be secure - IT ISN'T SECURE AT ALL - hackers steal your money!!!!?

Can someone that know about ther app in appstore know if its legit? I invested 50 dollars. And it had 4,4 stars on appstore. But the rewiews i read on there was relatively negative. And some was confusing. So in wondering if anyone knows if this app can be trusted…

Now Phantom offers more options to steal investors' money. The latest is that your solana disappear without a trace. No transaction hashes, nothing at all. They just disappear. The support staff only asks questions, never solves anything, and on top of that, they want you to rate them.

Today I open my Phantom wallet and there is the JUJI token, suddently blocked without any explanation! I have this token in three wallets, and I can buy and sell it from other wallets, and on DexTools, but it is blocked on Phantom, I can't even send it anywhere, I can only sell it on raydium or on dextolls - send money to a new wallet and buy it again. On what basis is Phantom blocking my money???

i buy it 10 usd solana ...and after a week my solana disapeared from the wallet without my widraw ...take care its a scam wallet !
