Phair Windows Reviews

Had some windows replaced where they had blown from 1st phone call to being measured to being fitted 1st class service would recommend Phair Windows all the time & I was very happy with price, So a huge Thank You

I recently looking for two doors a front door and a back door but the front door was one of those really nice expensive ones rang a few companies but their prices were ridiculous after about four phone calls different companies eventually got hold of this company and they were perfect from start to family from business bent over backwards to help me and their prices were at least 800 pound cheaper than everybody else so spoke to Tom who's the managing director he come around we picked a front door and a back door and six weeks later it was fitted the front door was one of those expensive ones we had a slightly grey color absolutely transformed the bungalow and I'll back door was originally wood that got taken out and a lovely safe secure door was installed by the same company it was for my mother who's elderly and the good news is they 've guaranteed all the work for I think 10 years which is really great can't see any problems occur in but you never know thank you to phair windows 100% recommend this company

Excellent service from start to finish. They did exactly what they said they would and done to the dates agreed. Lincoln and Leon worked very hard over the two days thank you to them. Thank you to to everyone at Phair windows. Keep using your local businesses if you can.

Jason and Pete came and replaced the damaged window and also my neighbours. Very quick and efficient, excellent service highly recommend.

Good all round experience with Phair windows - good advice from Jake on what would suit our house, and fitting by Lincoln and Liam was great, so keen to make sure everything was perfect for us. Very pleased now it’s all done.

2nd time using Phair Windows. Needed a new back door as part of a kitchen refit. Contacted Phair Windows and they came out very quickly to discuss our needs and provide us with a quote. We needed the door fitting to a tight timescale and they achieved this for us. Lincoln and a colleague fitted the door and it's perfect. I would definitely recommend the company to others and wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Good service and attention to detail

After getting an overpriced quote from another company, I decided to go with Phair Windows, who are local to me. I had a fair, transparent quote within just a few of hours of enquiring – no nonsense, just straightforward from start to finish. The surveyor came out within two days, and the porch was fitted within a few weeks. The fitters were brilliant – polite, hardworking, and clearly take pride in what they do. The new porch looks fantastic and has really changed the look of the front of my home. Thank you so much, Phair Windows. First-class service all the way!

We had two paying projects undertaken by Phair Windows, with the quality of both products being excellent.
The fitting of a new porch door, plus a separate garage window, was faultless and carried out with minimal fuss.
A third project, being the repair of a conservatory roof panel which was included free of charge with our first order, turned out to be more complex than originally thought. However, after personal involvement by Robert Smith, Phair Window's Managing Director, the project was completed successfully.
An exemplary example of customer service.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this Company to anyone requiring new doors, windows or conservatories.

Outstanding work from the team at Phair Windows. Had new windows and doors around my home and they have done a fantastic job. Very reliable and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better company if I’m being honest. Thankyou I’m very very happy with the service!!!

Good communication and good value for money. I will be recommending them to family and friends. Jake who came and replaced the windows was friendly and helpful and replaced the windows very quickly. Thank you

Great service. Comunication is excellent and proffessional. Jason, the fitter did an excellent job fitting the replacement panels. He was very proffessional and knowledgable. I would definetly recommend Phair windows.

I wanted a conservatory built as an extension on the house. A friend recommended Phair windows to me after they had theirs done last year. I was very happy with the work done, the installation took a week, the team was very friendly and professional, and tidied up after themselves each day. Would highly recommend to anyone else looking to get a conservatory built.

After receiving a poor quote from another company , I decided to use Phair Windows which is just down the road from me. I had a very reasonable quote within 2 hours of enquiring. There was no messing around , straight forward from start to finish. Surveyor contacted me and came within 48 hours. Also advised me on colours etc and style. Windows then ordered. They were fitted within 4 weeks. The fitters were marvellous, so helpful, worked so hard. Didn’t even want any tea/coffee etc. Just got on with it. Can’t fault them at all. I enjoyed the banter between them as well. Windows look lovely. I went for agate for the front windows, just love the look. Thank you very much Phair Windows. Fabulous from start to finish x
