DO NOT BUY A PHAEWO SCOOTER

We have purchased over 30 electric scooters from Phaewo and Evercross. All fail within the first few miles due to a major battery fault. Although they did provide some spares they would not cover all units and we are left with a number of faulty units and no spares. Even when they did send spares we had to fit at our cost. We also have had motor failures, water ingress and they are not sealed correctly. The faults cover all models.
