Seamless VARA crypto licensing process in Dubai

Securing a crypto license in the UAE can be a complex journey due to strict AML controls and evolving VARA regulations. We engaged PFSER to help setup our OTC crypto brokerage in Dubai.
Their team structured our corporate entity in the Free Zone, prepared all operational policies, and guided us through the initial questionnaire and compliance assessments required by the regulators. They also assisted with local office setup and corporate bank introductions, which saved us weeks of back-and-forth.
Special thanks to their senior consultant who was available even during late hours to answer our compliance queries. Professional, knowledgeable, and well-connected in the Emirates market.

Smooth transition to the new Curacao LOK framework

Navigating the recent regulatory shifts in Curacao (transitioning under the new LOK/GCB regime) was a major concern for our iGaming startup. We needed a corporate partner who actually understood the updated substance and local presence requirements rather than just selling outdated templates.
Private Financial Services handled the entire process end-to-end: local company incorporation, policy drafting, RNG audit coordination, and submitting our direct license application. What I appreciated most was their transparency regarding government fees and timelines—no hidden costs on the final invoice.
Communication via Telegram and email was crisp throughout the 2.5-month process. Thanks to their compliance team, our operator entity got fully approved without friction. Highly recommended for any serious gaming operator looking for reliable advisors.
