I have used this company for two previous cars without problem although I always thought they were on the pricey side but I didn't mind if getting a good service. Now this company has gone to pot. Quoting on line for tow bars that went out of stock months ago. Then when you call them, which is a challenge in itself getting to the right person, they give you a new much inflated price saying they dont stock Witter towbars anymore. I said I would think about it. But despite numerous calls and emails I cannot get anyone to call me back. I have just done another quote online and the price has gone up £100 in about 2 weeks. I went on line when I received the quote to check which Tow Bar they would fit and it was a Westfalia and guess what it was out of stock!!! Very disapointed in PF Jones

E mailed a question about which lighting kit and tow bar i needed for my landrover .this morning and Chris swiftly replied back with the answers I needed. Placed the order and the full kit is out for delivery

I have bought a few injectors from PF Jones, and their service has been exemplary. The website shows actual pictures of the products, along with the technical detail. Makes it very simple to select the correct item and check that you are ordering the right thing. Delivery is genuinely fast, and packing is excellent.

Phoned the sales office prior to ordering on line through their website to confirm what I needed to order. Once ordered at 2.30 on a Monday afternoon my towbar & vehicle specific wiring loom arrived at 11.00 on the Tuesday. Made a couple of calls to the technical department as I had a couple of queries on the loom and received good information. As long as you follow to the letter details of installing the loom it’s quite straightforward. For information I would invest in de-pinning tools, these are not expensive (form an online shop that sells almost everything). Other suppliers are available. Also watch YouTube videos on how to use these tools. If you do not have reversing senses then cut off the terminal as shown in the instructions. I first left mine on in case I fitted them in the future. This caused me unnecessary problems. Lastly the BCM module (if you van has one). Ensure the locking clip is first moved as far as possible to the right, insert the module & then move locking tab back to the left. First time I did not do this & the module was not fully locked in.

Compared to other companies I had phoned PF Jones was so much better. I ordered with confidence, received everything on time (or before) and the fitter was obviously knowledgeable, efficient and careful, couldn't ask for more.

I had a very frustrating experience purchasing a tower bar from this company. The first one I received was completely the wrong item—not even close to what I ordered. I contacted customer service and arranged to send it back, which was already inconvenient and time-consuming.

After returning it, I decided to give them another chance and reordered the correct tower bar. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened again—I received the wrong item for a second time. At this point, it felt less like a mistake and more like a serious issue with their order handling.

What made the situation even worse was their refund policy. I was told I wouldn’t receive my money back until the returned item was back on their shelf and ready for resale. This meant I was out of pocket for quite a while, despite the errors being entirely on their side.

Overall, the experience was disappointing and stressful. Poor order accuracy, repeated mistakes, and a slow, inconvenient refund process have left me with little confidence in this company. I would not recommend buying from them unless they significantly improve their service.

Can't call and they don't reply to e mails.
Waste of space

This company totally misled me as I bought a Diesel Pump and returned the one I’d taken out of my vehicle
The VW technicians provided the part number which I ordered

Once PF Jones received the dump they refused to pay me the £360 which had been agreed
