Beautiful wine fridge (Pevino), but disappointing due to noise level

I purchased a premium wine fridge (2 zones) for €1849, but I am not very satisfied. (Pevino Majestic SB 39 bottles - 2 zones)

The main issue is the noise level. In my opinion, the fridge produces too much noise, especially for a product in this price range. It is clearly audible and disturbing in daily use. After contacting customer service, a replacement unit was sent, but unfortunately it produces the same level of noise. So this did not solve the problem. (Of course, I am unable to measure the exact dB level.)

The packaging was heavily damaged upon arrival—so much so that the wine fridge itself was visible—and the delivery time for the replacement unit was extremely long (3.5 months).

Customer service does respond quickly.

Overall, the product and experience are disappointing for this price.
