I ordered live blackworms. They arrived 5 days later, no ice in shipping and ofcourse they were a putrified bag of liquid rot. I'm just glad it was a small test run purchase of 10 dollars...but with shipping it was 24.09.

Beware this website isnt secure. The shop may be legit but they have an extremely poor website that stole my wife's card details. So this is how it happens. once you enter card details, it takes you to a page to enter the OTP for the transaction, this is where you get in trouble. Apparently the card gets send to some other place to register your card for google pay. and unknowingly my wife entered the OTP. Once you hit next it comes back to petzone website. 1 week later the person starts deducting 900 Euro, followed by 1200 Euro.

Do not order from petzone UAE. The website is not secure and your card details get stolen. I phoned petzone customer service and the man admitted it and said it has happened to over 15 people. I lost 8000aed (£1300). My details were used for Google pay in Italy! The pet food I ordered arrived but it cost me massively! Stay away!

Website steals credit card data! The checkout asks for an OTP to register your card with Google pay, not to approve the transaction. You can see this if you read the SMS carefully. You'll also notice the OTP page looks suspicious. Once the card is then registered on the criminals device they can make purchases freely.

I am beyond Angry! I returned a travel box, within the 14 days, according to their return policy.

I was told that my refund will be paid within 7 - 14 days. On the same return policy, no where does it state that the customer needs to wait any given time.

It has been 14 days and when I contacted them this morning, I was told to wait another 14 days and they apologise for the inconvenience.

I have been asking since this morning for a manager to contact me back and I am still waiting.

Can anyone give me advice on how to get my money back (R2000)? Do I open a case of theft against them?

There was an Ad of cash back , it wasn't applied and I contacted them , they said will check and get back to me , then they ignored . I contacted them again they said that cash back doesn't apply to what I bought !!! that was cheap and disappointing way of marketing !

Beware of Misleading Sales Practices!

We bought a tank with a light and filter from Pet Zone, expecting it to include a UVB light based on staff recommendations. The filter didn’t work, and only after requesting a refund did they tell us it doesn’t remove waste. How were we supposed to know that? We were misled and refused a refund. Be careful when buying products here—they may not be honest about what's suitable for your pets.
they have good things but they dont allow us to refund or do they explain properly, when i just boght it they said to clean the tank every 10 days. and when i wanted refund they said to clean it every 2 days

Unauthorised transaction for £99 attempted. Blocked by bank. Untrustworthy total scam instigated from Facebook.

Took money I did not authorise and every time I try to spend my credits the order is cancelled
Ridiculously high prices, very poor choice and postage charges ridiculously high too
