Shocking !!!!!!!!

Shocking !!!!!!!!! Do not use, terrible service waited over 2 weeks then had a refund will never use again and this was my second experience

Excellent service

Excellent service , I knew exactly where my order was from the moment it was placed right up to its delivery , and best price by miles too . Absolutely unbeatable . Many thanks Petzilla

A good and reliable service

I've always had really good service from Petzilla. Deliveries aren't immediate but are fairly swift, and that's good for me. If stuff isn't in stock, I'll get an email and be asked what I want to do. If there's a problem, it's rectified very swiftly. Petzilla is a good and reliable way to get my dog and cat stuff delivered to the door, without me having to lug heavy bags around.

Never again.

Never again, communication is none existant , took two weeks to recieve order placed on the 3/1/20018, which then only had one item and not two, but no message to say why, I emailed them twice and still no response, wont be ordering again.

I have shopped with Petzilla for dog …

I have shopped with Petzilla for dog food ( Burns Active) a few times now, their products are reasonable priced. The last delivery the original packaging was not sealed and half the contents were in the white packaging bag, I contacted them as how can I be sure that this is the food that it says on the bag, the food was also very damp. They replied to my email and sent me another bag of food. This delivery was even worse, the original packaging was upside down in the white packaging bag, again the Burns bag was not even sealed and all the contents were in the white bag. I have emailed them once again with photos and as yet heard nothing, I am very disappointed and will not be letting this drop until I am satisfied that my dog food is Burns Active.I think they should supply a contact telephone number. I do not think I will be ordering from these again.

Placed order on 25th November

Placed order on 25th November, due for delivery 30th November. FedEx tracking just says 'Labelled' and hasn't moved for three days, but it does say order will be delivered before 6pm yesterday.
No phone number for PetZilla, Facebook link doesn't work, and there is no phone number to contact them.
The have taken payment. No reply to email so far.

Placed an order on 9th November

Placed an order on 9th November, heard nothing from them although they have taken my money. I have sent 2 emails to which none have been replied to. i tried calling them today and was put through to a different company altogether who said that they would pass my message on and get someone to call me. I'm still waiting. Don't touch this 'company' with a barge pole

listing as in stock when it's not, but take payment anyway

listing as in stock, things they don't have. Not mentioning that they are out of stock until after you make a payment, then you hear nothing and, when you go to the website to speak to someone, you discover that they are breaking the law by refusing to display their name, address and phone number.
Avoid like the plague. If a company makes efforts to be anonymous, it's for a reason. Honest companies put their contact details.
The cage I needed is still listed on the website as being in stock. This sounds like a company about to go bust but trying to get as much money from people as they can before they go out of business.

Customer Service second to none

After placing an order for dog chew strips and a tough dog toy, all which arrived quickly even though I went for free delivery option for orders over £25.00. The dog toy arrived faulty due to the internal squeaker not working. Once I made customer service aware of the problem. A new item was sent to replaced the faulty one with a working version very quickly. Truly impressive response.

Cheap & quick

Got some absolute bargains here, and despite using the free delivery option, my package arrived quickly (ordered Weds, arrived Mon). Will definitely shop here in future.

Great after sales customer care

I bought a bird cage from Petzilla but unfortunately when it arrived it was faulty, I contacted them and recieved an immediate apology and an assurance a replacement would be sent as soon as possible. As it was out of stock it came direct from the manufacturer. I was kept fully informed on progress until the new cage arrived. I will definitely use Petzilla again have no hesitation recommending them.

NO Customer Service - Orders slow or incorrect!

"Orders placed before 10 am being despatched on the same day" as stated in their Delivery Service - is an absolute lie!! 3 out of my 7 orders in 2 months had issues, either sent out at the last possible moment or incorrect goods. I also received, out of the blue, another customer's 20kgs Rabbit Sensitive pellets, (on my last order number) - apparently we had the same surname - no customer service in that instant!
The "free delivery on all orders over £25" is a con, yes it's free but you will wait the longest for your order, if they are busy your order will be sent out LAST, it is free but not worth the wait! I now use another online company for my large annual dog food needs who provide an excellent Customer Service and discounts!!

Placed order two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. But they have my money!

I placed an order of £40 two weeks ago now. I was told an item was out of stock and that the order would be dispatched once this item came back into stock. This was two weeks ago and there is still no sign of my package. Apparently the order is still processing! They didn't hesitate to take my money though. The order contained several items, so surely they should post out the items they do have in stock and send a separate package with the out of stock items later?! Well, you would have thought...

Avoid this company.
