3rd time that we order a frozen product…

3rd time that we order a frozen product with express shipping and it's first of all late many days and always the last on the list of delivery people so the food is always mostly unfrozen and on top of it all if you for some reason aren't available every minute from 16:00-23:00 and by any chance miss the delivery they apparently don't try again because "express shipping doesn't try again" and I still have to pay for this by the way. Scam website
