I am unsure how anyone has had such the negative experiences i am reading, but I am very happy with my pup stuff animal. I even reached out weeks after sending pictures about an important thing on my dog and they were so sweet in return and did what I asked. Sucks to see all these negative reviews because I experienced honest and true results and communication. Yeah it took a few weeks, but they explain that.

Customer service and design team was great and easy to work with.

Looks great. Shipping was a little slow but still very timely.

You won't get your order even if they ship it. They shipped my order and it arrived in Chicago Dec 13th, it's now Jan 7th and despite numerous emails (no phone number) I have not received it.
They ship through uniuni which I am convinced is a scam.
Just don't even order from them.
I had to do a chargeback.

I had a great experience with this company. They explained up front before my purchase was made that the process itself would take at least 8 weeks so I knew it wasn't going to be something that I was going to get right away even though it was hard to wait to get a replica of our late dog. I paid for the sneak peek which I feel was well worth it because there were a few tweaks that I wanted to make to my dog's face/chest to get it to a closer resemblance of him. With those few tweaks that were made I feel like it's a strong resemblance to our dog. I feel that the artist really paid attention to detail. Several visitors to my house are plushie was a real dog!

My customer experience (most with Alex) was also great as well. They respond within 24 hours to 36 at the most is what I had to wait to get a response back on any questions I may have had during the process itself. The artist (Sophie) who made my plush dog even reached out to ensure satisfaction with the final product which was thoughtful. The only thing that I would change if asked would be that I believe sneak peek shouldn't be something you have to pay for. I believe those should be standard to ensure accuracy as best as possible to provide customer satisfaction with the replica of their pet. Howeve, with that said I still feel it was well worth the $20 I spent on the sneak peek. We love our plushie and it makes us smile and remember the great memories we shared with beloved our pet dog, Schruufke. I recommend Petslify!

Our 17yo male cat Shady passed in April of 2025. We had him a long time and we knew at the end of 2024 he was going to pass soon. My adult daughter and myself took it hard because he was with us so long. I wanted to give my daughter this replica of Shady for her birthday in July but I didn't realize it took 6-8 weeks to complete one so I had it ready for Christmas. To be honest I looked at 2 other businesses that create these replicas and I went with Petslify because they were the least expensive. I was not disappointed. Ordering was easy and when he arrived I opened the box just to make sure it was good...well as soon as I had him out of the box I was in tears because of how much he looked like our old Shady Grady as we called him sometimes. Then Christmas morning when my daughter opened the box and pulled him out, she was in tears like I was upon seeing him the 1st time. Now we move him around the house and when we see him it surprises us because he looks just like the living Shady. Our other 2 cats were very weirded out Christmas morning when my daughter put Shady on the floor so they could check him out. They didn't know what to think of it, they're use to him now, lol. We had the real Shady cremated and he's in a urn that looks like a cat, and when our other 2 kitties pass on, we will do the same with them. Cremation and then replicas with Petslify.

Our experience with Petslify was great! They kept us apprised as each step was completed and delivered on time. Everytime we look at our plushy it feels like our CJ is still in the room with us. Very satisfied!!

The pet is very life like and they did a good job of portraying him. The only thing I wasn't 100% satisfied with was, he wasn't a hefty dog as most his breed are and they made him hefty.

To be honest I had doubts. Although the process does state the length of time to process, my order took longer. I reached out several times, still having doubts. My order arrived just in time for Christmas and the joy on the faces of those receiving the gift were priceless. 10/10 would recommend the work was perfection, the replica was so realistic I jump. As over dramatic as that sounds, its the truth. We are very happy with the work done!!!

Losing our beloved pets is one of the worst things in the world. My dear Emerson was my constant companion for 16 years. Nothing will ever replace him, but the beautifully crafted Petslify cat gives me a little something that I can see and hold to just make things a little easier on the heart. The team at Petslify really care and took time to make adjustments per my request along the way.

The plushie looked almost perfect, sometimes out of the corner of my eye it looks like my dog is actually in the house. 100% recommend

It took a few months but love the turnout from what the team made and gave the dog to my daughter for Christmas and she loved it so much she cried, we all did actually. Looked just like Boots ❤️. Thank you team!

I am so happy I went through Petslify for my pet plush. The customer service was absolutely wonderful. They kept me updated on the progress and responded promptly to all my questions. They even sent me photos and allowed me to make a few modifications before shipping the plushy to make sure it was perfect. I will most definitely order through them again in the future.

Our plush we received was fantastic! Their warehouse was caught in a natural disaster so I had the utmost patience as they got back on their feet. Their communication was stellar. They even offered a free photo sneak peek and accepted my changes to ensure he was perfect before heading our way. We miss our beloved Kibbles every day. I cannot thank them enough!!!

Making a special remembrance of our 19 yr old Daushound was tricky, we weren't to sure if this would help in our sadness.

Yet working via email with customer service I felt comfortable and was reassured that my Cujo was beeping worked on, and then we received photos which was helpful due to some adjustments needed. They completed our request and shipped this special box with our custom design.

Was it perfect, no. Was is emotional yes (in a good way). We have purchased several other "stock" ones yet this one is my favorite. I am happy we found this to help us grief.

(Now 4 months latter we have been able to get a new live puppy) no regrets just lots of respect to Petsify

One of my favorite Christmas gifts from my husband was a Petslify plush replica of our dog, Gracie Jane. Not only does it look just like her, but it’s beautifully crafted with clear attention to detail—from her fur color and markings to the shape of her ears.

As for timing, my husband received the first photo proof about six weeks after placing the order. He requested a few minor tweaks and received a second proof two weeks later. After approving it, the finished plush arrived roughly two weeks after that.

While the process did take time, I wouldn’t have expected anything less for a truly one-of-a-kind piece. It was obvious to us that the company genuinely cared about creating a high-quality product that would make us happy. I was honestly surprised to see the one-star review because I couldn’t be happier with my Gracie Jane Jr. 🐾

My best Friend Sammy a handsome red cat for over 15 years went to the Rainbow Bridge. We were devastated. I had a painting done of him which was beautiful but I still wanted a replica of him we could have lie in his favorite spots and also be able tomhold beside me.
I ordered a replica of Sammy from Petslify. They promptly answered my email questions usually overnight! I misjudged Sammy’s size and ordered the bigger 18 inch size. I also numerous fotos of him to help the creator/artist. After a reasonable wait I received an incredible likeness of my best buddy. Being large he is great for holding near and cuddling. I have now ordered the 14 inch size in a sitting position.

There is not enough good I can say about the Petslify family from customer service to the final creation.

I ordered my plushie around November 2024 was hoping to get it by Christmas but due to high demands I received it afterwards. Would 100% recommend it looks just like my puppy, if your on the fence about getting one i believe you should it’s worth the wait and cost

When our Finny crossed over, it wrecked my heart, and devastated my Grandson. I ordered a replica and paid to have a preview, which was amazing. They gave me photos of all angles and sent an update when they took my suggestions. I was blown away! My Grandson was thrilled to receive it. Was the process slow? I guess in an automatic world, yes, it was slow. SomeONE was crafting a keepsake of a lost loved companion. A human Being dedicating their talent to create lasting memories. I would not want them to rush. I was so impressed I ordered one of my beloved cat.
