Whilst the prices are okay (zooplus is better) their customer service is abysmal. I had to report a delivery issue I created a support case on the 14th, it wasn't resolved until the 20th. Not because there was alot of back and forth, no. It was because it took them so long to respond. Even phoning their contact number it just has a pre recorded message saying they are very busy.

I love that I am advised my order is due to be placed, if that suits me, I don’t need to do anything but if I’m not quite ready for my order or I want my order straight away, with the online access, my Subscription is delivered when I want it, can’t ask for more!
Buying dog food is no longer another job to be done, it’s all done for me!

Be very careful when ordering from here. The payment page is sneaky and automatically subscribes you to 4 week orders.
Payment screen shows 2 different options of "order 1" or "order 2, via subscribe and save"
It doesn't matter which option you choose, you are automatically looped into a subscription, unless you select a box at the bottom, which is very unclear. I only realised this when they decided to take £60! out of my bank account. Very naughty. If you do order from here, just be very aware when you purchase.

Dreadful customer service, I have had a large payment taken by them, no idea what’s it for, no response to emails over a couple of weeks, called the contact us number, person I spoke to couldn’t answer my query or action a refund, needs to refer it to “his manager”, said that hopefully someone would get back to me today. Not acceptable ! Would not recommend this company.

I wish I had read reviews before dealing with this company.
I purchased goods in July - given free gift which arrived damaged.
Then in August received email saying my next order had been despatched. £50.58 taken from my bank.
Immediately sent message saying I had not ordered.
Delivery arrived.
Company messaged saying was my fault they never automatically sign people up for repeat orders.
I have asked for proof that I ticked box and requested 3 weekly repeat orders - surprise not forthcoming as is my refund or their response other than not our fault.

I was really happy with my purchase it arrived quickly and was well packaged I will definitely be ordering from them again

Bottomless bowl is a brilliant idea. You never run out of food and it is an easy way to manage your deliveries.

Was really disappointed with the latest delivery as the packaging was dropping to bits like it had been chucked about, it was so bad the dry dog food had burst open because it had been packed with cans 🙄.
What even worst I’ve contacted the customer service still waiting for a reply and there was no where for me to forward the photos of how bad it was.

I ordered my dog food as noermal but unfortunately it went missing / lost with the courier. I phoned Vet Shop and they immediately sent out a replacement order. I was so impressed with the speed and empathy I received. Excellent service.

Great price on all of the items we needed. Website was easy to navigate and find what we wanted. Free delivery which didn't take too long, and products arrived intact and in top condition (which hasn't been the case with other pet food retailers we've bought from!). All round great experience and we will be buying from you again for sure.

I came across PetShop while searching for a more affordable alternative to Zooplus, which I’d used for many years on subscription. Unfortunately, the cost kept going up, so I decided to look around—and I’m so glad I did!

PetShop has fantastic prices, super-fast delivery, and excellent packaging. The dog food arrived quickly and was really well packaged, which is always important when ordering in bulk.
