Caroline went above and beyond to help my puppy and me
I cannot thank Caroline from pet.ie enough for going above and beyond to help me get a crate and vet bedding for my new puppy within just a couple of days. I am extremely happy with both the products and the outstanding customer service I received. I contacted pet.ie because I had not received an estimated delivery date from An Post, and I needed the items to arrive within a couple of days before my puppy came home. Caroline immediately took the initiative and contacted An Post to confirm whether they had received the parcel. To make sure there was no delay, she also arranged for a second package containing the same crate and vet bedding to be sent by DPD with express delivery.
In the end, both packages arrived before my puppy, which was a huge relief. After I informed Caroline that I had received both deliveries, she arranged for DPD to collect the other package from my home, so I did not have to take it to a drop off point myself. The level of customer service Caroline provided was exceptional. She went above and beyond at every stage, and I am incredibly grateful for all of her help. Thank you so much, Caroline.
