For the last 5 years I have been…

For the last 5 years I have been dealing with the same petro can at 16951 109 ave in Edmonton Alberta for my lottery tickets and sometimes gas. The same girl has been working every Thursday morning when I go there and she makes my visit enjoyable with her cheerfulness and politeness. I have now moved and deal with the petro can on 132 ave and 97 street in Edmonton. The guy there is very polite and I enjoy going there to buy my tickets every Thursday Morning. Petro can is the only place I also buy my gas..

They simply closed the chat window and…

They simply closed the chat window and not helping me. No notification sound when the messages come. It's like they don't understand what I'm talking about or ignored my complain and only replied that I didn't respond to them. This is the worst customer service I've ever had in my life!!

Worst customer service ever. In fact, it's non existent. The Manager, of the location, where I have been overcharged several times doesn't bother to contact me. The main customer service does the same, simply ignores my inquiries

Petro Canada takes back my Petropoints illegally

I went to use my petropoints on a car wash as there should have been over 20,000 points. There were 1800 points. The website only goes back 3 months. I phoned Petropoints and they couldn't tell me if any had been used. Fortunately, Petropoints did call me back to tell me that their systems had changed over and the points didn't. They found my points and reinstated them. I asked them why they didn't let card holders know. And why it should be our responsibility. This is a way for Petro Canada to take hundreds of thousands of dollars from its loyal customers. It should be considered criminal.

Just now I called customer care representative, she was no nice, my call hang up due to some reason, she called on my cell phone again.
I appreciate her passion and enthusiasm towards her job and caring customers. Her name was Nasreen.

Refund on error

We were charged in error 250. dollars at the station on Sept. 5,2024,we called immediately to report and they kept stating the amount was pending, explained it was debit not credit.
After sending numerous emails with copies of receipt and bank statement, still waiting for a refund

The petrocanada Olympic medal standings…

The petrocanada Olympic medal standings are done the wrong way to favour USA. The official standings are based on gold medals. Perrocanada does it with total medals just to make the USA team look better. That’s cheating.

The main reason I use Petro Canada is…

The main reason I use Petro Canada is for the points program. BUT,,,I keep getting "RIPPED OFF" from points, and I have no idea why! When I phone to complain,,,yes,,,they give me the points I deserve,,,BUT,,WHY should I have to check my receipts all the time? Someone, or something is not doing their job properly!! I would advise all Petro Can customers to double check their points, to make sure you get the points you deserve.
