Great for de-stressing Car journiez
My dog is the most chilled dog I have ever known. Nothing phases him, fireworks, thunderstorms, cars/motorbikes etc. Our only problem was travelling in the car where he was getting stressed and constantly panting. I bought the bandanna & spray and from the 1st time of using it he travels calmly in the car.

Unparalleled Customer Service
Have been using Pet Remedy products for a number of years, after having previously used Feliway spray, then noting (on introducing diffusers) that my cat hates it (actively avoided rooms with Feliway diffusers).
I've only ever contacted Pet Remedy customer services twice. 1st time when I initially used their diffusers, and a couple of days ago regarding an atomiser purchased from a 3rd party due to recent lack of socket space. Both times, their customer service has been second to none.
I'd highly recommend their products, too!
Special shoutout to Gill Edwards at Pet Remedy, who assisted me with my most recent issue, even though the responsibility for it was mine.

Wipes were almost dry
The wipes were almost dried out and therefore didnt spread really much of any product on anything i wiped them on -even though they're perfectly in-date and packaging looks intact.

Thank you for your review. The wipes work with only a very small amount of moisture and therefore they are not like wet wipes, they should be semi dry as the delivery of Pet Remedy works this way.
Waste of money
Such a cheap company! My bottle broken, and felt down everywhere instead of sending me a new bottle their weird manager Gill just sent the spray bottle top! It smells horrible and this product doesn’t work anyway. Completely waste of money.

Calming influence!
Well am giving a try to help calm our adolesence dog down a little. Have plugged in the diffuser in the room where he sleeps to enable him to take in the aroma. Also have the spray for his cushions and bedding. He certainly knows theres a new scent in his room. Fingers crossed it helps.

Ruined my wooden floor £1000s of damage
The plug ins are great. BUT if you have a solid wooden floor please DO NOT USE! the atomiser. My solid oak floor has been ruined and now requires £1000s of pounds or a claim on my house insurance to fix it.
Droplet marks have stained the floor and it requires full sanding. I'm FUMING! 😡

We are very sorry to hear this; we give drip rings with every diffuser which are designed to absorb any drips and should prevent any drops landing on the floor.
If dripping excessively this may be because the diffuser is located in a high movement of air (draft) and would be best to move it to another socket out of this excessive airflow.
Instant calming effect on an anxious puppy
I took on a 4mth old rescue pup 3 weeks ago, and he was very anxious about being apart from me. I've been trying slowly to sleep further and further away from him, which has been very difficult. From sleeping by his bed, to elsewhere in the same room, then separating with a child gate and sleeping the other side of it.
I'd almost given up hope of ever being able to get upstairs to my own bed again without traumatising him, and hearing howls and cries at night.
Then a friend gave me some Pet Remedy wipes, and I took one and rubbed it over his muzzle, chest and his bed.
Then after a few minutes of settling down in the dark behind the gate at the bottom of the stairs,I slowly crept upstairs....and enjoyed a completely quiet night, back in my own bed!!
The calming effect was pretty much instant and I'm so pleased - for both of us!
I've now bought the diffuser, spray and bandana to help reduce his anxiety as I introduce him to more new things, and start leaving him alone in the house.
Fingers crossed, these amazing products will continue to keep him calm and get used to his new life.

Excellent quality goods. Great communication and fast delivery. Used the spray bottle for trouser leg and pleased with result. I also bought the bandana kit and getting my little dog used to it before applying spray.

Lovely, caring service, my cat is happier now
I just bought a Pet Remedy heated pad for my cat. He's really nervous and anxious and now that he has his heated pad he's happier, more relaxed and it feels like home feels more like home to him now. The Pet Remedy service was great and we got some free calming wipes which I will also try on him.
