Delightful customer service!
We recently lost our best boy and the people at Pet Portraits were so patient and kind as they walked us through the process. A gorgeous portrait of Henry now lives on our wall so we see him daily. Such a gift and a beautiful piece of art!

I liked the timely professional courteous communication. The cheap frame though considering how much I paid for this. Made you lose 2 stars. I could have gotten this made through an AI program for 4 pounds then got it framed a lot nicer for the price you charged me.

great pet portrait made for a lovely Christmas gift

Looked back through my email history to find the name of the guy who helped me with my order. I can't find it but he did a professional customer service job! He offered to provide important details. The product turned out fantastic!

I got a quick preview, and it was almost perfect immediately. The free shipping was a nice touch, and knowing my purchase feeds rescued dogs is just wonderful.

Have been wanting to get a pet portrait for a while but never did then I found this company. Not only were they easy to use and in my opinion very well priced. It was also done and delivered quickly. I placed the order on a Sunday evening it was at my door the following Saturday. I dealt with Sam and he was great answered my questions for me.
