I initially bought dog harness, have a jack russell and not overweight, also measured before ordering.
I bought size small which he wouldn't wear as too tight, if I wanted to return would have cost same as to buy supermarket harness, which is better fit.
I then bought dog stairs, they have felt
pads for steps which I put on. When he tried to use these stairs he kept slipping off. Stairs very small steps and close together.
So quality ok but both articles are unusable due to the way manufactured. Be careful when ordering.

Terrible quality badly made does not look like the pictures and definitely not at all orthopaedic I wouldn’t buy anything from them again the bed sounds like it’s filled with plastic and feels like it too , no padding save your money I will be throwing this in the rubbish.

Regarding the Pet Stroller bought from Amazon. Poor quality and design.
Not safe for cats so please don’t purchase this. The carrier uses Velcro to hold its frame, in addition Velcro to hold the carrier to the Pram. 2 locations.
This is useless to stay in place. Velcro constantly pops undone while using it. Meaning my cat is inside a carrier that’s collapsing on him(very stressful), in addition to the carrier falling off the pram sometimes all happening at the same time.
Velcro is not smart or strong enough to be used for this purpose!
Amazon is returning my money. However, I feel responsible to share my experience to others.

My dogs are wimps and don't like to go out to wee in the rain. I have compromised and provided a absorbent mat in the laundry and thankfully they have got with the program! I have 3 in circulation and they are easy to rinse and dry. All creatures happy.

When I first ordered this automatic litter box, I was excited because the reviews looked promising. It arrived on time, but setting it up was a real struggle—it took me almost two days to get everything working.

I have two cats, and that’s when the real problems started. The litter box often detects a cat inside when there’s actually none, which stops it from doing the automatic cleaning cycle. This has happened multiple times, and it’s extremely frustrating. Even after changing the litter twice (thinking that might be the issue), the same problem continues.

On top of that, the rotating cleaning function doesn’t always work as expected, which defeats the whole purpose of buying an “automatic” litter box. For the price and the hype, I honestly feel very disappointed.

Return the pet stroller as instructed. My beloved pet passed away before I could even open it. 😣 I’m still waiting for my refund or notice the stroller arrived.

I ordered 2 Premium SuperMat Calming Beds in charcoal for my boys. They absolutely love them and you can tell they are both relaxed and comfortable. The quality is excellent and I love how the covers are detachable for easy washing. Very prompt delivery. I highly recommend and will not be shopping anywhere else in the future.

I bought the freestanding dog gate and my puppy can bend the flimsy wooden bars and get out making the product completely useless.

I ordered a dog bed. The one i ordered was from a photo of 3 different sizes in the description along with other photos, I thought i ordered the right size, it turned out the medium size was small enough for a chiwauwau only, not the actual size I wanted. I asked if I could return it or swap it over. Answer = not if it's been opened!!!! Wth, how would i know i got the right size if it's not opened. I had several exchanges with them but not helping at all, so never again. Be very careful if you buy from them and expect to accept whatever they send you at your own loss. Not real happy with the service, such a pity.

After all the dramas I went through with all the delays etc . And back and forth email. I finally received my dogs comfy sofa bed.
So happy now . Hooray .

Did a lot of reading reviews on here before purchasing the self cleaning litter tray, there were quite a few reviews saying they were having faults which made me a bit cautious, but bought one anyway.
It showed up within 2 business days and it works excellently, no faults at all and my cat is stoked.

I purchased what was advertised as the same hooded dog bed, brought it of ebay 2 years ago, my dog loved it, this new one I brought straight from You guys. It's much thinner fur, the hood is much lighter but also with cardboard like stuff supporting it. My dog often can't get into it by himself unlike b4 and wakes Me up many times a night to help, I would even buy another if it was the same hood as the original. Same advertised, same name, but its not, very disappointed
