We are really apologize for the delay of delivery. Due to the Covid we are not able to access our warehouse since 16/08 till this Monday.
At the beginning, we expected we will be able to enter our warehouse and send our order in next couple of day so we didn't notice our customer about the possibility of delay. We are apologize for our unprofessional. So we are apologized to all of our customers who placed the order between this two week.
We had learned the lesson and change our delivery system. This time, we can 100% promise our customer, the delivery will never be delay.

My Jackie is an 18 year old foxie x jackrussel. She has been quite stiff with arthritis this winter and very slow to get going. She has taking the powder for just over a week now & I can already see the benefits!
