We're so sorry that you had to wait for the delivery and we aim to deliver within 1-3 workdays from the time you've ordered.
In December the workload is effected strongly by the holidays and we did not properly communicate that to you.

Although it took our first order 10 days to arrive, now that it's finally here, I can say it was worth waiting, as our dog loves the food. I'll order here again.

I was home all day and the delivery was…
I was home all day and the delivery was instead re-routed to another location, as they claimed I was not home. I now have to rent a car and go out of my way to bring home the food I ordered, which is highly inconvenient. This is the second time this has happened.
